Nainital Bank Limited is inviting application from eligible boys and girls for the post of “Management Trainee”. Selected candidates will go for two years training as Management Trainee and upon successful completion of training, the candidates will be absorbed in the Bank’s service as DRO’s in Officers Grade/Scale-I. MANAGEMENT TRAINEES
Educational Qualification: Graduate/ Post Graduate in Arts /Science/ commerce/Agriculture and Management with minimum 55% marks (50% in case of SC/ST) from recognized University/ Institute.

 

Remuneration: During training period of two years, Trainees will be given Rs.18000/- and Rs.23000/- per month in the first year and second year respectively.
Candidates after successful completion of training will be absorbed in Bank’s service as DRO’s in Officers Grade/ Scale-I.

 

Application Fee: Rs.800/- in case of General candidates and Rs.400/- in case of SC/ST candidates. The fee can be paid through NEFT (See PDF file below for NEFT details). Proof of payment of fee with MUR No./ NEFT Sequence No. be appended with the application form.

 

Candidates’ Selection: Candidates fulfilling eligibility criteria will be required to appear for on- line written test of English, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning and Test of General & Financial Awareness at the centre allotted by the Bank/ Agency.
The candidates who will qualify the Written Test will be called for Personal Interview.

Date and venue of on-line written examination shall be communicated to the short listed candidates in due course. How to Apply: Interested and eligible candidates may apply on prescribed application format along with self- attested requisite documents as proof of academic qualification, date of birth, post qualification experience (if any) and Caste etc.
The Candidates should ensure that information in appended application are in typed form only. Hand written Application either in full or in part shall not be considered and shall be liable to be rejected, without assigning any reason.
