1. Human Resource: 08 Nos. (UR—5; SC-01, OBC-02)
Educational Qualification: Graduation with MBA/PGDBM (Personnel Management/ HR/ HRD)
Age Limit: Maximum 29 years as on 01.12.2015
Pay Scale: Rs-16400/- Rs-40500/-
2. Marketing: 12 Nos. (UR-06; SC-01, OBC-05. )
Educational Qualification: MBA/ PGDBM (MKTG/AGRI MKTG) (2yr full time course recognized as equivalent to MBA by UGC/AICTE) With B.Sc.(AGRI) / M. Sc(AGRI)
Age Limit: Maximum 29 years as on 01.12.2015
Pay Scale: Rs-16400/- Rs-40500/-
3. Lab: 05 Nos. (UR – 4; OBC-01)
Educational Qualification: M. Sc. (Chemistry)
Age Limit: Maximum 29 years as on 01.12.2015
Pay Scale: Rs-16400/- Rs-40500/-
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any – As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the Candidates will be through Written test and Interview. Written test will based on Objectives type Question centres at Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Baroda, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Chennai,Delhi & NCR, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kolkatta, Lucknow, Mumbai, Nagpur, Patna, Raipur, and Ranchi.
Candidates selected for the post will be on training for one year and during training Rs.16400/- per month will be paid.
Exact Date, Time and Venue for examination/interview will be intimated to the eligible candidates in due course as well as such information will be also available in the official website of NFL
