District Health & Family Welfare Samity, Dakshin Dinajpur (West Bengal) is recruiting unmarried women and widows for the post of “Navajaat Sahayika (Neonatal aides)” for the Sick New Born Stabilisation Units (SNSUs) in each under mentioned Health Units of the Block. Engagements to the said post were on contractual basis on a fixed monthly remuneration. Qualification norms and brief information is given below—

DISTRICT HEALTH & FAMILY WELFARE SAMITY, DAKSHIN DINAJPUR, REQUIRES NAVAJAAT SAHAYIKA FOR 12 Nos. HEALTH UNITS IN THE BELOW LISTED BLOCKS. LAST DATE: 24TH JANUARY 2013.

Name of the Post: Navajaat Sahayika (Neonatal aides)
No. of Vacancies: 12 Nos. (2 posts in each Sick New Born Stabilization Units (SNSUs)

The engagement to the posts were on purely contractual basis on a fixed monthly remuneration of Rs.4500/- per month.

Eligibility: Class X pass and residing within 3 kilometers of the undermentioned health facilities. Only unmarried women or widows may apply for the post.

Age limits: between 18yrs to 25yrs

1. Kushmandi BPHC, Block—Kushmandi (Scheduled Caste and Unreserved)
2. Hili RH, Block—Hili (Unreserved-EC and ST)
3. Tapan BPHC, Block—Tapan (Unreserved-Ex-Serviceman and OBC-A category)
4. Gangarampur SDH, Block—Gangarampur (Scheduled Caste-EC and Unreserved)
5. Harirampur BPHC, Block—Harirampur (OBC-B and Unreserved-EC)
6. Rashidpur BPHC, Block—Bangshihari (Unreserved-PWD and SC)

How to Apply: Application in plain paper with bio-data along with attested copies of Marksheet/ Certificate, Age proof, Caste and Etc are to be submitted at the below address. Candidates should enclose Residential certificate issued by either local Gram Panchayat Pradhan/ BDO/ MLA/ MC/ Ward Commissioner, stating whether the distance of the hospital is within 3 km from the residence of the applicant, along with 2 copies of passport size photograph.

The application containing envelope should be superscribed in bold with the name of the health facility of choice.
