Name of the Post: Tradesman Mate
Number of vacancies: 548 Nos.
Educational Qualification: 10th pass/Matriculation.
Age limit: 18-25 yrs as on 14.09.2014. The upper age limit is relaxation for SC/ST-5yrs, OBC-3yrs, PWD-10yrs and Ex-serviceman and others-As per norms.
Mode of Selection:-
Selection of the candidates will be through Written Examination, Physical Efficiency Test and Medical Examination. Written examination will be of 100 objective type questions based on 10th standard syllabus and Physical Efficiency Test (PET) will be as follows—
For Male Candidates: (i) Running of 800 mtr in 6min and (ii) carrying weight 40kg for 25 mtrs by walk.
For Female Candidates: (i) Running of 600 mtr in 6min and (ii) carrying weight 20kg for 25 mtrs by walk.

Note: The written exam/PET will be conducted at Mumbai only. Exact time and date of candidate’s selection will be intimated to the eligible candidates in due course. Such letters will be sent to the candidates registered Email-id.
