NAVAL DOCKYARD, MUMBAI INVITES ONLINE APPLICATION FOR 325 POSTS OF TRADESMAN MATE. LAST DATE — 02/12/2015
1. Tradesman Mate (Erstwhile MTS Industrial/ USL): 325 Nos. (UR-164; SC-49; ST-24; OBC-88) Out of total 33 for Ex-serviceman, 16 for Sportsperson and 13 for PWD)
Educational Qualification: Class 10 pass from a recognized board/institution
Age Limit: Between 18 and 25 years as on 02/12/2015. Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, 10 years for PWD & as per Govt. norms for Ex-Servicemen & others
Pay Scale: Rs.5200 – Rs.20200 and Grade Pay: Rs.1800/-
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Examination, Documents Verification and finally Medical Examination.
Shortlisted candidates are to appear for a written examination consisting of 100 objective type questions prepared, based on class 10th standard syllabus comprising of General Science, Maths and General Knowledge, reasoning etc. The question paper will be provided in English and Hindi language only.
The written exam will be conducted at Mumbai only.
The selected candidates will be placed at Naval Dockyard Mumbai/ any other place in Western Naval Command.
