SR. PROJECT EXECUTIVE (CIVIL) – 20

Educational Qualification:

• Full-time Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from Government recognized University/ Institute with 60% aggregate
  marks.

Age:

• 30 Years

Pay Scale:

• IDA Pay scale – Rs. 40,000 – 1,40,000/-, E-1

SR. PROJECT EXECUTIVE (ELECTRICAL) – 05

Educational Qualification:

• Full-time Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent from Government recognized University/ Institute with 60% aggregate marks.

Age:

• 30 Years

Pay Scale:

• IDA Pay scale – Rs. 40,000 – 1,40,000/-, E-1

MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (CIVIL) – 20

Educational Qualification:

• Full-time Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from Government recognized University/ Institute with 60% aggregate
  marks.

Age:

• 29 Years

Pay Scale:

• IDA Pay scale – Rs. 40,000 – 1,40,000/-, E-1

MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (ELECTRICAL) – 05

Educational Qualification:

• Full-time Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent from Government recognized University/ Institute with 60% aggregate marks.

Age:

• 29 Years

Pay Scale:

• IDA Pay scale – Rs. 40,000 – 1,40,000/-, E-1

Application Fees:

• Applicants/Candidates are required to pay a non-refundable amount of –
  • Rs. 1000/- for posts at S.No. 01 & 02 i.e. Sr. Project Executive (Civil), Sr. Project Executive (Electrical).
  • Rs. 500/- for posts at S.No. 03 & 04 i.e. Management Trainee (Civil) & Management Trainee (Electrical).
• Candidates will be levied tax/charge from their transaction bank, (as applicable). SC, ST, PWD & Departmental candidates are exempted from payment of the application fee.

Selection Process:

• For the Posts at S.No. 01 & 02 i.e. Sr. Project Executive (Civil) & Sr. Project Executive (Electrical)
  • The selection criteria will be by way of a Computer Based Test followed by a Personal Interview. Selection
    criteria may change depending on the no. of applications received for the said post. The decision of NBCC
    will be final in this regard.
  • Selected Candidates will be entitled to remuneration consisting of Basic Pay, DA (on IDA pattern), HRA, Perks & Allowances under the Cafeteria Approach, & Performance Related Pay (PRP). In addition to this CPF, Medical facility for self and dependents, Gratuity, and Leave encashment are paid as per the rules of the Company.
• For the Posts at S.No. 03 & 04 i.e. Management Trainee (Civil) & Management Trainee (Electrical)
  • Candidates who have appeared for the GATE-2022 examination are only eligible to apply for the said post.
  • Candidates are required to furnish a valid score card of the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) of the respective discipline i.e. Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
  • On the basis of a valid GATE-2022 score, candidates will be shortlisted for Personal Interviews in order of category-wise merit list.

• The Candidates are required to apply online. The relevant link for online application will be made available from 10:00 hrs on 16.01.2023 under the head “CAREER within Human Resources” on the NBCC website i.e. www.nbccindia.in. Final Online submission of application will be open till 17:00 hrs on 15.02.2023. No other means/mode of application shall be accepted.

• Opening Date for Online Registration 16.01.2023 from 1000 hrs
• Closing Date of Online Registration 15.02.2023 upto 1700 hrs
