Selection Process:
Personal interviews will be used to select candidates for all four positions. The selection criteria may change based on the response to the posting. In this aspect, the NBCC’s decision will be definitive. Qualified candidates will be paid a base salary, DA (on an IDA pattern), HRA, perks, and allowances under the Cafeteria Approach, and performance-based pay (PRP). In addition to this CPF, the company provides medical coverage for self and dependents, as well as gratuity and leave encashment.
