1. Dy. Director
Field of specialization are as follows —
(i) Sugar: 01 Nos. (Gen)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and 5 years post qualification experience is required
(ii) Civil: 01 Nos. (Gen)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (BE/B.Tech) in Civil Engineering and 5 years post qualification experience is required
(iii) Finance: 01 Nos. (Gen)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree with MBA in Finance or Post Graduation in Commerce or Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant and 5 years post qualification experience is required
(iv) Fisheries: 01 Nos. (OBC)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Fisheries with MBA in Finance/ Marketting or Post Graduation in Fisheries and 5 years post qualification experience is required
(v) General: 03 Nos. (Gen-1 & OBC-2)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree with MBA in Finance/Marketing or Post Graduation in Economics/Commerce/Statistics/Agri-business/Rural Management/Cooperative Management/Banking/Insurance or Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant AND 5 years post qualification experience is required.
Age Limit (for all Dy.Director posts): Maximum 35 years.
Pay Scale (for all Dy.Director posts): Rs.15600/- to Rs.39100/- per month and Grade Pay Rs.6600/- per month plus other allowances as per govt. norms.
2. Assistant Director
Field of Specialization are as follows —
(i) General: 08 Nos. (Gen-02; OBC-03; SC-02 & ST-01)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree with MBA in Finance/Marketing or Post Graduation in Economics/Commerce/Statistics/Agri-business/Rural Management/Cooperative Management/Banking/Insurance or Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant and 2 years post qualification experience is required.
(ii) Finance: 03 Nos. (Gen-02 & OBC-01)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree with MBA in Finance or Post Graduation in Commerce or Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant and 2 years post qualification experience is required.
(iii) Civil: 02 Nos. (OBC)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (BE/B.Tech) in Civil Engineering and 2 years post qualification experience is required

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and 2 years post qualification experience is required

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Law and enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council and 2 years post qualification experience is required

Pay Scale (for all Assistant Director posts): Rs.15600/- to Rs.39100/- per month and Grade Pay Rs.5400/- per month plus other allowances as per govt. norms.
3. Programme Officer
Field of Specialization are as follows–
(i) General: 23 Nos. (Gen-13; OBC-05; SC-03 & ST-02)
Educational Qualification: Degree of any discipline with 50% marks (45% marks for SC/ST) and 2 years post qualification experience is required
(ii) MIS: 02 Nos. (Gen-01 & OBC-01)
Educational Qualification: BCA or B.Sc (Computer Science) and 2 years post qualification experience is required etc…etc..
(iii) Civil: 01 Nos. (Gen)
Educational Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Civill Engineering and 1 year post qualification experience is required
(vi) Electrical: 01 Nos. (Gen)
Educational Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering and 1 year post qualification experience is required
Age Limit (for all Programme Officer posts): Maximum 30 years as on 15.05.2015.
Pay Scale (for all Programme Officer posts): Rs.9300/- to Rs.34800/- per month and Grade Pay Rs.4600/- per month plus other allowances as per govt. norms.
4. Senior Personal Assistant: (General)-04 Nos. (Gen-02 & OBC-02)
Educational Qualification: Degree and speed in Shorthand of (120wpm for English & 100wpm for Hindi) and Speed in Typing (40wpm for English & 30wpm for Hindi). Candidates should have good knowledge in MS Office word, excel and Power Point packages.
Age Limit: Maximum 27years as on 15.05.2015.
Pay Scale: Rs.9300/- to Rs.34800/- per month and Grade Pay Rs.4200/- per month plus other allowances as per govt. norms.
5. Personal Assistant (General) -04 Nos. (Gen-02 & OBC-02)
Educational Qualification: Degree and speed in Shorthand of 80wpm and Speed in Typing 40wpm. Candidates should have good knowledge in MS Office word, excel and Power Point packages.
Age Limit: Maximum 27years as on 15.05.2015.
Pay Scale: Rs.5200/- to Rs.20200/- per month and Grade Pay Rs.2400/- per month plus other allowances as per govt. norms.
6. Junior Assistant (General): 14 Nos. (Gen-07; OBC-04; SC-02 & ST-01)
Educational Qualification: Degree with good knowledge of Computers.
Age Limit: Maximum 27years as on 15.05.2015..
Pay Scale: Rs.5200/- to Rs.20200/- per month and Grade Pay Rs.2400/- per month plus other allowances as per govt. norms.
Upper Age Relaxation: The age mentioned above will be counted as on 15.05.2015. Upper age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PWD and Ex-Servicemen as per govt. norms.
Mode of Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Test, Skill Test (Wherever applicable) and Interview/Viva Voce. Exact Date, Time and Venue for examination will be intimated in due course.
