Editorial Assistants: 03 posts (UR-03)
01 each in English, Hindi and Urdu languages
Educational Qualification: Second Class Degree in Arts or Science. Candidates should have at least 3 years experience in collection, complication and subbing of material of publication.
Candidates should have working knowledge of book production, techniques layout and proof correction and proficiency in the language concerned.
Age Limit: Below 30 years as on 08.03.2016
Consolidated Pay: Rs.29000/-
DTP Operators: 08 posts (UR-05, OBC-02, SC-01)
(7 Bilingual (Hindi & English) (01 in Urdu language)
Educational Qualification: Graduate in any subject.
One year Diploma/certificate course in Desk Top Publishing
Candidates should have minimum three years experience with a publishing house of repute, preferably in textbook development.
Proficiency in PageMaker, Corel Draw, Photoshop, Equation Editor and proficiency in Typing as per language/s
Desirable: Knowledge of Quark Express, Illustrator, Knowledge of In Page Urdu, In Design, Math Type, Knowledge of Unicode.
Candidates should have knowledge of pre-press preparation.
Age Limit: Below 30 years as on 09.03.2016
Consolidated Pay: Rs.29000/-
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Test / Skill Test / Interview.
i) For the post of Editorial Assistant: – Written Test / Skill Test / Interview will be held on 08.03.2016 (9:30 am to 11:30am), written test/skill test shall start at 12:00 noon.
ii) For the post of DTP Operators:- Written Test / Skill Test / Interview will be held on 09.03.2016 (9:30 am to 11:30am), written test/skill test shall start at 12:00 noon.
Candidates selected for the post will be on training period of one year.
