NCH Recruitment 2023 Qualifications and Experience:
Proficiency in managing Services and establishment matters within Government departments.
Competence in formulating job positions and designing Recruitment Rules, as well as handling General Administrative tasks, GeM Procurement, and tenders on the CPP portal, among other responsibilities.
Demonstrated experience as Deputy Secretary/Director/Under Secretary within government organizations, with a track record of overseeing Service/Establishment matters for at least 5 years.
Familiarity with E-Office and proficiency in using MS Office tools such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
