National Company Law Appellate Tribunal Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria
(1) Joint Registrar –
Qualification:- (i) Candidates must possess a degree in Law from a recognized University; And
(ii) Experience in personnel and administrative matters.
(2) Deputy Registrar –
Qualification:- Candidates must possess a degree in Law from a recognized University.
(3) Assistant Registrar –
Qualification:- Candidates must possess a degree in Law from a recognized University.
(4) Principal Private Secretary –
Qualification:- Candidates must possess a degree in Law from a recognized University.
(5) Programmer –
Qualification:- Candidates must possess a degree in Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science or Information Technology or Master in Computer Applications or an equivalent degree from a recognized institution.
(6) Administrative Officer –
Qualification:- Candidates must possess a degree in Law from a recognized University.
