NCLAT Recruitment 2024 Eligibility
- Graduate in Law with 50% marks.
- Law Degree/LLM obtained not more than two years ago.
- Fifth-year students in Five-Year Integrated Law or third-year students in Three-Year Law are eligible.
- Proof of Law qualification is required before assignment.
- Not eligible if pursuing Post Graduate Law or other compulsory attendance programs.
- Research and analytical skills, and writing abilities required.
- Good computer knowledge, including legal research tools.
- Requisite knowledge of Company Law with IBC and Competition Law.
National Company Law Appellate Tribunal Recruitment Selection Process 2024
The selection process for the Law Research Associate (LRA) positions at the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal involves submitting a completed application (Annexure-A) along with the required documents by March 7, 2024. Applications undergo scrutiny to ensure eligibility based on education, age, and relevant skills.
Shortlisted candidates may then be invited for an interview or assessment conducted by a selection panel. The final selection results in the appointment of successful candidates on a short-term contractual basis, receiving a fixed monthly honorarium.
