Neyveli Lignite Corporation Limited (NLC) invites application for recruitment of Executive Trainees for its units and facilities located in various parts of the country through GATE – 2014. Discipline — Mechanical, Electrical, Mining, Control & Instrumentation, Civil and Computer. Interested candidates willing to apply for the vacancies in NLC must first apply for GATE—2014. Qualification norms and Brief details is given below —
EXECUTIVE TRAINEES
Discipline wise vacancies—
Mechanical: 27 posts.
Electrical: 21 posts.
Mining: 10 posts.
Control & Instrumentation: 9 posts.
Civil and Computer: 3 posts.
Educational Qualification: Degree in Engineering or AMIE in relevant discipline with minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST candidates). Final year students may also apply however they should have obtained the Engineering Degree with the prescribed percentage of marks indicated above. (See the below Advt. link for details).
Age Limit: Maximum 30yrs as on 01-12-2013. Upper age relaxation for SC/ST – 5yrs; OBC- 3yrs; PWD- 10yrs; Ex-Serviceman and Others – As per norms.
Selection Steps:
Eligible candidates will have to appear for GATE-2014. Candidates will be shortlisted based on Actual GATE-2014 Marks only (out of 100) for Group Discussion/Personal Interview.
Selected candidates joining as GET in NLC are required to undergo training / work in any Unit / Area / Place situated in India and Abroad under the control of Neyveli Lignite Corporation Limited or in any Joint Venture / Associate / Subsidiary company of Neyveli Lignite Corporation Limited.
How to Apply:
Candidates interested to apply for Graduate Executive Trainee post in NLC will be required to apply first for GATE – 2014. Registration for GATE can be done from the official website of GATE (Live URL is given below) from dated 02-09-2013 to 01-10-2013. Upon Registration for GATE—2014, candidates will receive a Registration Number.
On receipt of the GATE-2014 Registration Number which will be printed on the admit card, applicants are required to apply ONLINE only through NLC’s website (Live URL is given below) which will be started from 20.12.2013 and end on 20-01-2014.
