Special Recruitment Drive for Persons with Disabilities (PWD)

Name of the Discipline, Name of the Posts and No. of vacancies are as follows: –

HUMAN RESOURCE
1. Deputy Manager (HR): 1 (SC)
Qualification: Degree in any discipline and  Post Graduate Degree in Social Work / Business Administration / Business Management with specialization in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Labour Welfare (or) Post Graduate Degree / Diploma of minimum two years’ duration in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / HRM / Labour Welfare / Labour Management / Labour Administration / Labour Studies.
Additional qualification of Degree in Law is desirable.
Experience – Minimum one year.

2. Graduate Executive Trainee (HR): 3 (UR-2; OBC-1)
Qualification: Degree in any discipline and Post Graduate Degree in Social Work / Business Administration / Business Management with specialization in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Labour Welfare (or) Post Graduate Degree / Diploma of minimum two years’ duration in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / HRM / Labour Welfare / Labour Management / Labour Administration / Labour Studies, with 60% marks for UR/OBC & 50% marks for SC/ST.
Additional qualification of Degree in Law is desirable.

 

OFFICIAL LANGUAGE
3. Hindi Officer (Grade E-3): 1 (UR)
Qualification: Any degree with English as a subject and Post Graduate Degree in Hindi
Experience – Minimum 04 years.

4. Hindi Officer (Grade E-2): 3 (UR-2; OBC-1)
Qualification: Any degree with English as a subject and Post Graduate Degree in Hindi

 

PUBLIC RELATION
5. Deputy Manager (PR): 1 (UR)
Qualification: Degree in any discipline and Post Graduate Degree / Diploma of minimum two years duration in Public Relations / Mass Communication / Journalism.
Desirable : (i) Degree / Post Graduate Degree in English / Tamil / Hindi; (ii) Working Knowledge (Read, Write, Speak) of any two out of the following three languages (i.e.) English, Tamil, Hindi.
Experience – Minimum one year.

6. Graduate Executive Trainee (PR): 2 (UR)
Qualification: Degree in any discipline and Post Graduate Degree / Diploma of minimum two years duration in Public Relations / Mass Communication / Journalism, with 60% marks for UR/OBC & 50% marks for SC/ST.

Experience – Minimum one year experience.

11. Deputy Executive Engineer (Civil): 1 (UR)

12. Graduate Executive Trainee (Civil): 2 (UR)

COMPUTER
13. Deputy Manager (Computer): 1 (UR))

Age Limit (For all above posts/discipline): Maximum 40 years (42 years for E-3 Grade) for PWD Unreserved candidates as on 01/09/2015. 03yrs for OBC, 05yrs for SC/ST. Others – as per norms.

 

Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Test and Interview. Skill test will be there for the post of Hindi Officer. Selection to E-3 Grade posts (except for Hindi Officer) will be through Personal Interview only.
