A duly filled printout of the online application, ‘Verification Certificate’ prescribed by the applicant’s parent department, and photocopy of APARs/ACRs or photocopy of APARs/ACRs for the last five (5) years, should reach NHAI. At the following address, on or before 15.05.2024
