Eligibility Details for NHSRC Recruitment 2023

(1) Lead Consultant-Certification Unit (Quality and Patient Safety Division):-

(i) The candidates must Possess a Medical/ Dental/ Nursing/ Ayush Qualification from a recognized university.

(ii) Candidate must have 02 years of a Master’s degree from a reputed institute in Hospital Administration/Public Health/Health Management.

(iii) 10 years of direct work experience in Health Quality.

(iv) Candidate should have at least three years of experience including national-level NQAS certification.

(2) Lead Consultant – Gender and PNDT (RCH, MoH&FW):-

(i) Candidates must have a master’s degree in women’s/gender studies or related social sciences and have good technical knowledge of gender issues.

(ii) Candidate should have 10-15 years of experience in implementing gender-related programs overseeing implementation with 7 years of PC&PNDT Act senior-level experience at policy level.

(iii) Must have technical knowledge of gender-related issues in public and experience in health programs under NHM in the field especially PNDT and Gender Selection/FP/ Reproductive Health (RH)/ Maternal and Newborn Health (MNH).

(iv) Candidates should be familiar with public health systems, key stakeholders, and relevant government policies/strategies, particularly National Health Missions and State Health Societies.

(v) Candidates should have strong numeracy skills and a good understanding of program management experience.

(vi) Candidates should have strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.

(vii) Candidates should have computer skills with a high level of familiarity with packages like MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and web surfing relevant data documents.

(viii) Candidates have excellent communication and presentation skills, analytical and interpersonal skills, and excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Must have a working knowledge of Hindi.

(ix) Must demonstrate ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment.

Age Limit for NHSRC Recruitment 2023

(I) Lead Consultant-Certification Unit (Quality and Patient Safety Division) –

The candidate’s maximum age should be 50 years as on the date of receipt of the application.

(II) Lead Consultant – Gender and PNDT (RCH, MoH&FW) –

The candidate’s maximum age should be 55 years as on the date of receipt of the application.
