Educational Qualification: M.Sc. (Physics) OR M. Sc. (Electronics /Applied Electronics) with 60% marks and one year of relevant experience.

Pay Scale: Rs.15600/- Rs.39100/- and Grade Pay Rs.5400/-
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Examinations and Interview. Examination will be held at Agartala, Bangalore, Bhopal, Chandigarh, Chennai, Delhi, Gandhinagar, Guwahati, Hyderabad Jaipur, Jammu, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai and Patna and Interviews shall be conducted only at Delhi
