Vacancies and qualification according to function wise—
(I) For Laboratory function: 07 posts.
Qualification: B.Sc with Chemistry or Biology or Mathematics as a major subject with at least 45% marks. And PG Diploma/ Diploma in instrumentation or computer application.
Candidates should have minimum one year of experience of assisting faculties/ research scholars and etc.
Age limit: within 27yrs of age as on 31/03/2012
(II) For General function: 09 posts.
Qualification: B.Sc or B.com with at least 45% marks. And PG Diploma/Diploma in computer application.

Selection steps: Candidates will be selected through Common Written test which will be of Objective Multiple Choice type in the followings— (i) General Intelligence & Reasoning including elementary science, (ii) General Awareness, (iii) Numerical Aptitude and (iv) English Comprehension.
Written Test will hold at KIIT University Campus on 20th May 2012 at 10 AM.
How to apply: Apply on prescribed application format. Application fee of Rs.200 in form of demand draft has to be paid in favour of – “The Director, NISER” and payable at “Bhubaneswar”. SC/ST/ PH and female candidates do not need to pay application fee.
Application fee should be enclosed with all required documents such as – qualification certificate, experience certificate, technical/course certificate, age and caste certificate and etc.
One recent color passport size photo should be paste on application form and self-signed on it and send same 2 Nos. photographs as enclosure (without self-signed) with the application.
