Eligibility Criteria for National Institute of Technology Uttarakhand Recruitment 2024
(1) Deputy Registrar
Qualification:- Candidates must have a Master’s degree in any discipline with at least 55% marks or its equivalent Grade in the CGPA / UGC point scale with a good academic record from a recognized University/Institute.
Age Limit:- The maximum age is 50 years.
(2) SuperintendentÂ
Qualification:- i) Candidates should possess First Class Graduation or its equivalent degree from a recognized University or Institute in any subject
or
Master’s Degree in any subject with at least 50% marks or equivalent grade from a recognized University or Institute.
Age Limit:- The maximum age is 30 years.
(3) Technical Assistant
Qualification:- Candidates must have a First Class or equivalent Grade in B.E. / B.Tech. / MCA in a relevant subject from a recognized University / Institute.
Or
First Class Diploma in Engineering in a relevant field with excellent academic record
Or
First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Science from a recognized University or Institute
Or
Master’s Degree in Science from a recognized University or Institute
Age Limit:- The maximum age is 30 years.
(4) Technician
Qualification:- Senior secondary (10+2) with Science from a government-recognized board.
Age Limit:- The maximum age is 27 years.
(5) Junior Assistant
Qualification:- Senior secondary (10+2) with Science from a government-recognized board with a minimum typing speed of 35 w.p.m. and proficiency in Computer Word Processing and Spread Sheet.
Age Limit:- The maximum age is 27 years.
Pay Scale
- Deputy Registrar:- Rs. 78,800/-
- Superintendent:- Rs. 35,400/-
- Technical Assistant:-Â Rs. 35,400/-
- Technician (SG-II):- Rs. 29,200/-
- Technician:- Rs. 21,700/-
- Junior Assistant:- Rs. 21,700/-

Application Fees for NIT Recruitment 2024
(i) Deputy Registrar –
(i) The online application must be accompanied by a non-refundable application fee of Rs. 1000/-. Application fees should be submitted online only. Must have proof of fee deposit Submission along with printout of online application. Please write the applicant’s name on the ‘receipt’ before attaching it to the printout of the downloaded online application.
(ii) SC/ST/Women/Divyaang are exempted from payment of the application fees.
(2) Superintendent, Technical Assistant, Technician (SG-II), Technician and Junior Assistant
(i) Each online application must be accompanied by a non-refundable application fee of `500/- for S.No.1 and S.No.2 and `250/- for S.No.3, S.No.4, and S. No. Fees must be paid. .5. Application fee should be submitted online only. Proof of payment of the fee should be submitted along with a printout of the online application. Please write the applicant’s name on the ‘receipt’ before attaching it to the printout of the downloaded online application.
(ii) SC/ST/Women/Divyaang and candidates applying for deputation are exempted from payment of the application fees.
Selection Process for NIT Uttarakhand Recruitment 2024
- Deputy Registrar
(i) Candidates will be screened on the basis of qualification and experience (if any).
(ii) The mode of selection will be through interviews.
(iii) Candidates must bring an admit card along with a valid identity card. Candidates should also bring all original documents for verification.
(iv) A written test may be conducted if shortlisted candidates are more than 10. Based on the marks obtained by the candidates in the written test only top ‘N’ candidates will be shortlisted for interview.
- Superintendent, Technical Assistant, Technician (SG-II), Technician and Junior Assistant
(i) The mode of selection will be through Written Tests and Trade Test. A merit list will be prepared on the basis of a Written Test and Trade Test.
(ii) Written Test: A Written Test will be held in the relevant field of specialization/trade.
(iii) Shortlisted candidates shall be called for a Written Test and Trade Test
