NMDC Limited, A Govt. of India Enterprise, is recruiting 78 Assistant Manager/ Dy. Manager in discipline of – Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, Finance, Personnel, Mineral Processing and Chemical, for its Iron Ore Mines situated in Dantewada District in Chhattisgarh, Bellary District in Karnataka and Diamond Mining Project at Panna in Madhya Pradesh. ASSISTANT MANAGER (E1)/ DY. MANAGER (E2)

— Mechanical: 28 Nos.
— Electrical & Electronics: 23 Nos.
— Finance: 08 Nos.

Educational Qualification (As per discipline wise):
1. Mechanical: Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with 60% marks in aggregate.
2. Electrical & Electronics: Degree in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent with minimum 60% marks in aggregate.
3. Finance: Graduate and a member of the Institute of Chartered accountant of India/ Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India. Working knowledge of computer is essential.
4. Personnel: Graduation with 2yrs Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Sociology/ Social Work/ Labour Welfare/ Personnel Management/ IR or MBA or equivalent with specialization in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations.
5. Mineral Processing: Degree in Mineral Process Engineering/ Metallurgy or equivalent with minimum 60% marks.
6. Chemical: M.Sc (Chemistry) or equivalent with minimum 60% marks in aggregate with specialization in Analytical/ Physical Chemistry. Knowledge of computer will be taken as added advantage.
Post Qualification Experience (Essential) and Pay Scale —
1. For Dy. Manager (E2): Minimum 4yrs in the field in reputed organization/ PSU. Pay Scale: Rs.24900—50500/-
2. For Asst. Manager (E1): Minimum 2 years in the field in reputed organization/ PSU. Pay Scale: Rs.20600—Rs.46500/-
Age Limit (For all posts): Maximum 45 years
