MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT (MECHANICAL/ ELECTRICAL) TRAINEE: TOTAL POSTS — 138 (UR—69; SC—16; ST—44; OBC—09)
1. Maintenance Assistant (Mechanical) Trainee: 114 Nos.
Educational Qualification: ITI in Welder/Fitter/Machinist/Turner/Sheet Making/Motor Mechanic/ Diesel Mechanic for Mechanical Trade.
2. Maintenance Assistant (Electrical) Trainee: 24 Nos.
Educational Qualification: ITI in Electrical Trade.
Age Limit (for both posts): Maximum 30 years as on 12.05.2015. The upper age relaxation for SC/ST is 5 years; OBC is 3 years and others as per govt. norms.
Stipend (for both posts): Rs.11000/- (for first 12th months) and Rs.11500/- (for next 06 months). Upon completion of training, the Pay Scale will be Rs.11330/- to Rs.20000/- per month plus other allowances as per govt. norms.
Mode of Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Test; Trade Test and Interview.
