Qualification Required: Matriculation (Class-10) pass candidates may apply. ITI in any above trade or equivalent candidates may also apply. Candidates waiting result may not apply.
Age Limits: Between 18yrs to 33yrs as 1/1/2013. Upper age relaxation is as per norms- OBC/ Minorities—3yrs; SC/ST—5; PH—10yrs and others—as per rules.
Selection will be through Written Test followed by Physical efficiency test. Date and venue will be intimated in due course. For details, refer the Advt.
How to Apply: Prepare the application as per format on A4 size paper using one side only. Enclose the Self-attested documents in support of Qualification, Age proof, caste, Etc and DD/ IPO as Examination fee. On the top of the application containing envelope superscribe – “APPLICATION FOR GROUP ‘D’ POSTS”.
Application form is to be send through Ordinary Posts only.
Examination Fee: Rs.40/- (Only for General and OBC candidates) in form of Crossed Demand Draft/ IPO in favour of— “Dy. CPO-Recruitment, Railway Recruitment Cell, North Central Railway Allahabad” and payable at “Allahabad”. Candidates should write their name and address on the backside of the DD/IPO.
SC/ST/Women/ Muslim/ Christian/ Shiks/ Buddhist/ Zorastrians/ Economically Backward candidates were exempted for examination fee.
Last Date of Application: 30th September 2012 (15/10/2012 for candidates residing in Andaman & Nicobar and Laksadweep Island).

hmmm! Application form is given at the last page of the Advt. I think you have missed it. You have to prepare the form on paper by typing as per the format on the Advt. that’all simple.
This seems boring to me so I bought an ready made application form at Rs.5 from my nearby book-stall. Hope you too can find one.
