North Central Railway, Rail Spring Karkhana is inviting application for Act Apprentices Training for the 25 Posts of Fitter (Millwright Maintenance Mechanic). Notification No. 01/2014/RSK.STLI.GWL. Candidates willing to apply for the vacancies shall submit their application form on prescribed format (See PDF file below). Education Qualification norms and brief details are given below:—

 

NCR – RAIL SPRING KARKHANA INVITES APPLICATION FOR ACT APPRENTICES TRAINING IN FITTER TRADE. LAST DATE – 11.10.2014

 

Name of the Post: Fitter (Millright Maintenance Mechanic)
No. of Vacancies: 25 Nos. (Gen-13; OBC-6; SC-4 & ST-2)

 

Educational Qualification: 10th or 12th pass with 50% marks and Certificate in Fitter/Millwright Trade from recognized ITI affiliated to NCVT.

 

Stipend: During training period stipend of Rs. 2100/- per month will be paid.

 

Age Limit: 15 to 24 as on 01.07.2014. The upper age limit may be relaxed by 5 years in case of SC/ST candidates and 3 years in case of OBC candidates.

 

Training period and Training Place: Training Period will be one year and Training place will be Rail Spring Karkhana, Sithouli, Gwalior.

 

Mode of Selection: Selection of the candidates will be on the basis of percentage of total marks obtained in 10th or its equivalent exam. The candidates placed in the select list will be called for verification of documents in due time.
There will be no written exam or interview/oral exam in this selection

 

How to Apply: Interested and eligible candidates may apply on prescribed application format (see below given PDF file) along with attested copies of SC/ST/OBC/ Handicapped Certificate/Educational/Technical qualification certificate at the below given address. Attestation of documents should be done by Gazetted Officer.

Candidates must enclose 2 Self addressed envelopes size ‘11 x 5” out of which one envelope must be affixed with minimum registered postage stamp of Rs.27/-. SC/ST candidates are being exempted for pasting of stamps.

The envelope should be supercribed with the “Application under Apprentice Act, 1961 for the year 2014-15 in Rail Spring Karkhana, North Central Railway”.

 

Last Date of Application and Address: The candidates should drop his/her complete application form in the drop-box along with enclosures from 12.09.2014 to 11.10.2014 kept at the following address: — Office of the Chief Workshop Manager, Rail Spring Karkhana, Sithouli Recruitment Section (Personnel Branch) North Central Railway, Gwalior (Madhya Pradesh) during office hour.
