1. Section Officer: 3 Nos. (UR-2; OBC-1)

Working knowledge in Computer ( Proficiency in Computer Application with knowledge in MS Office)
Age Limit: Maximum 40 years as on 26/10/2015
Pay Scale: Rs.9300 – Rs.34800 and Grade Pay: Rs.4600/-
2. Private Secretary: 2 Nos. (UR)
Educational Qualification: Graduate pass and should have proficiency in English and should be able to manage Secretarial Duties independently. Candidates must possess a speed of 120/40 respectively in Shorthand and Typing.
Working knowledge in computer( Proficiency in Computer Application with knowledge in MS Office)
Age Limit: Maximum 35 years as on 26/10/2015
Pay Scale: Rs.9300 – Rs.34800 and Grade Pay: Rs.4600/-
3. Computer Operator: 1 Nos. (UR)
Educational Qualification: Graduate with Diploma in Computer Application and Experience in Scientific /Mathematical / Library Management works with capability of handling related Computer Software.
Age Limit: Maximum 40 years as on 26/10/2015
Pay Scale: Rs.9300 – Rs.34800 and Grade Pay: Rs.4600/-
4. Assistants: 6 Nos. (UR-2; OBC-2; SC-1; PWD-VH-1)
Educational Qualification: Graduate and must have 5(five) years of experience in Secretarial/Office/Administrative works.
Working knowledge in computer ( Proficiency in Computer Application with knowledge in MS Office)

5. Data Entry Operator: 10 Nos. (UR-5; ST-5)
Educational Qualification: A Graduate with knowledge in Data Entry and Word processing from a recognized Institute and Experience in Scientific/ Mathematical/ Library management works
Age Limit: Maximum 35 years as on 26/10/2015
Pay Scale: Rs.5200 – Rs.20200 and Grade Pay: Rs.2800/-
6. Stenographer: 23 Nos. (UR-10; ST-11; OBC-1; PWD-VH-1)
Educational Qualification: 10+2 or its equivalent and must possess a speed of 80 w.p.m. in shorthand and 30 w.p.m. in typing.
Age Limit: Maximum 30 years as on 26/10/2015
Pay Scale: Rs.5200 – Rs.20200 and Grade Pay: Rs.2400/-
7. Lower Division Clerk: 65 Nos. (UR-31; ST-28; OBC-3; PWD-OH/HH/VH – 3)
Educational Qualification: Class 12th pass or equivalent and should possess typing speed of 35(thirty five) words per minute. Proficiency in Computer Application with knowledge in MS Office.
Age Limit: Maximum 35 years as on 26/10/2015
Pay Scale: Rs.5200 – Rs.20200 and Grade Pay: Rs.1900/-
8. Driver: 15 Nos. (UR-9; ST-6)
Educational Qualification: Matriculation and should possess valid driving License in Light and Heavy Vehicles. Candidates should have knowledge of motor mechanics and 03 years experience in driving.
Age Limit: Maximum 30 years as on 26/10/2015
Pay Scale: Rs.5200 – Rs.20200 and Grade Pay: Rs.1900/-
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, 10 years for PWD & as per Govt. norms for Ex-Servicemen & others.
