Coal India Limited—Northern Coalfields Ltd is recruiting 205 Boys/Girls for various posts as “Staff Nurse”, “Junior Stenographer (English)”, “Junior Pharmacist”, “Accountant”, “Assistant Foreman”, “Mining Sirdar”, “Junior Overman”, “Deputy Mine Surveyor” and Various other posts. 1. Junior Pharmacist: 12Nos. (Gen-8, OBC-1, SC-1, ST-2)
Qualification: Higher Secondary Pass in Science stream with Diploma course in Pharmacy may apply for the post.
2. Deputy Mine Surveyor: 10Nos. (ST)
Qualification: Madhyamik Pass candidates with Surveyor Certificate of Competence Course from D.G.M.S. approved Institutes may apply for the post. Reference will be given to the candidates with Diploma course.
3. Junior Overman: 80Nos. (Gen-35, OBC-9, SC-14, ST-22)
Qualification: Candidates with 3yrs of Diploma Course in Mining Engineering from recognised Institute may apply. Should have valid certificate from D.G.M.S. approved Gas Testing Certificate, First Aid Certificate and Overman Competence Certificate course pass.
4. Mining Sirdar: 34 Nos. (Gen-8; OBC-2; SC-3; ST-21)
Qualification: Madhyamik pass with valid certificate and First Aid and Gas Testing Certificate course pass may apply for the post.
5. Accountant: 27 Nos. (Gen-14; OBC-4; SC-4; ST-5)
Qualification: Candidates with Intermediate course pass in Chartered Accountancy or Cost Accountancy may apply for the post.
6. Junior Stenographer (English): 13 Nos. (Gen-9, OBC-1, SC-1,ST-2)
Qualification: Madhyamik Pass candidates having done Typing and Shorthand course from Technical Board or I.T.I. and have ability to type 40 words per minute and 80 words per minute in Shorthand.
7. Assistant Foreman: 7 Nos. (ST)
Qualification: Candidates with 3 years Diploma Course in Mechanical Engineering may apply for the post.
8. Staff Nurse: 22 Nos. (Gen-11, OBC-3, ST-4, SC-4)
Qualification: Higher Secondary pass candidates with Grade-A Nursing’s Diploma or Certificate course pass may apply for the post.
Age Limits: For all the above given posts, age should be between 18yrs to 30yrs as on 31-8-2011
Pay Scale: For Accountant (Job in Group-A)—Rs.11784.52 and for rest of posts (Jon in Group-C)—Rs.10127.70
Selection Steps: Candidates will be selected through Written Test. Examination centre will be known through call letter.
