1. Stipendiary Trainee/ Scientific Assistant (Category-I) (Diploma holder in Engineering): Total Posts – 18 (UR-9; SC-2; ST-2; OBC-5)
Discipline wise vacancies: –
(i) Mechanical: 05
(ii) Electrical: 05
(iii) Electronics): 01
(iv) Instrumentation: 01
(v) Civil: 02
(vi) Chemical: 01
Educational Qualification: 03 years Diploma with not less than 60% marks in relevant discipline. Should have had English as one of the subjects either at SSC or at HSC level examination.
Age limit: 18 years to 25 years as on 20/11/2015
Pay Scale: Rs.9300 – Rs.34800 and Grade Pay: Rs.4200/-
2. Stipendiary Trainee/ Scientific Assistant (Category-I) (B.Sc): 03 posts.
Qualification: Full time B.Sc degree with minimum 60% marks. B.Sc should be with Physics or Chemistry as principal subject or Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as subjects with equal weightage. See officially released advertisement for more details. Should have had English as one of the subjects either at SSC or at HSC level examination.
Age limit: 18 years to 25 years as on 20/11/2015
Pay Scale: Rs.9300 – Rs.34800 and Grade Pay: Rs.4200/-
3. Stipendiary Trainee Operator (10+2) (Category-II): 03 posts.
Qualification: Higher Secondary (10+2) or ISC (with Science subjects) with not less than 60% marks in Science and Mathematics individually. Should have had English as one of the subjects either at SSC or at HSC level examination.
Age limit: 18 years to 24 years as on 20/11/2015
Pay Scale: Rs.5200 – Rs.20200 and Grade Pay: Rs.2000/-
4. Stipendiary Trainee Maintainer (ITI): Total 34 posts (UR-17; SC-5; ST-2; OBC-10)
Discipline wise vacancies: –
(i) Welder: 02
(ii) Electrician: 07
(iii) Instrumentation: 02
(iv) Fitter: 16
(v) Electronics: 04
Qualification: SSC (Class 10) with not less than 50% marks in Science subjects and Mathematics individually and 02 years ITI certificate in Electrician/ Fitter/ Electronics/ Instrumentation.
For Welder – One year ITI certificate and one year relevant working experience.
Candidates should have had English as one of the subjects either at SSC level examination.
Age limit: 18 years to 24 years as on 20/11/2015
Pay Scale: Rs.5200 – Rs.20200 and Grade Pay: Rs.2000/-
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Examination and Personal Interview.
