National Seeds Corporation Limited (NSCL) is inviting application from the eligible candidates for 70 posts of Assistant (Legal/Vigilance), Management Trainee (Production/Agri./F&A), Diploma Trainee (Civil) and Trainee (HR/Finance/ Store/ Agri./ Laboratory). NSCL IS INVITING APPLICATION FOR 70 POSTS OF ASSISTANT (LEGAL/VIGILANCE), MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (PRODUCTION/ AGRI./ F&A), DIPLOMA TRAINEE (CIVIL) AND TRAINEE (HR/ FINANCE/ STORE/ AGRI./ LABORATORY). LAST DATE — 07/09/2015

 

A. NON EXECUTIVE POSTS (REGULAR)

1. Assistant (Legal): 01 Nos. (UR)
Educational Qualification: Professional degree in Law from a recognised University. One year experience of handling legal matters in a reputed organisation/or with experienced Advocate. Knowledge of Computer (MS Office) shall be desirable.
Age Limit: Maximum 30yrs as on 07/09/2015
Pay Scale: Rs.9400 – Rs.25700/- plus other allowances as per norms.

 

2. Assistant (Vigilance): 01 Nos. (UR)
Educational Qualification: Graduate with 55 % marks from recognized University, having 2 years experience in Police/CID or working in Vigilance set up of a Government Department/PSU. Preference to those candidates who have undergone training in Intelligence or Vigilance work. Experience relaxable by one year in case of exceptionally deserving candidates. Knowledge of Computers (MS Office) shall be desirable.
Age Limit: Maximum 30yrs as on 07/09/2015
Pay Scale: Rs.9400 – Rs.25700/- plus other allowances as per norms.

 

B. MANAGEMENT TRAINEES

1. Management Trainee (Production):10 Nos. (UR-05 OBC-03 SC -01 ST-01)
Educational Qualification: B.Sc. (Agri.) plus MBA (Agri Business Management) OR M.Sc. (Agri.) with specialisation in Agronomy / Seed Technology / Plant Breeding & Genetics/ Agriculture Entomology / Plant Pathology from a recognized University/ Institution with minimum 60% marks.
Age Limit: Maximum 27 years as on 07/09/2015
Pay Scale: Rs.16400 – Rs.40500/- plus other allowances as per norms.

 

2. Management Trainee (Agri.) Engineering: 03 Nos. (UR-01 OBC-01 ST-01)
Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. (Agri. Engg.) from recognized University/Institutions with minimum 60% marks.
Age Limit: Maximum 27 years as on 07/09/2015
Pay Scale: Rs.16400 – Rs.40500/- plus other allowances as per norms.

 

3. Management Trainee (F&A): 02 Nos. (OBC-01 UR-01)
Educational Qualification: Pass in CA/CMA (ICWA) or 2 years full time MBA with specialization in Finance from recognized University/Institutions with minimum 60% marks.
Age Limit: Maximum 27 years as on 07/09/2015
Pay Scale: Rs.16400 – Rs.40500/- plus other allowances as per norms.

 

C. DIPLOMA TRAINEE (AT SUPERVISORY LEVEL)

1. Diploma Trainee (Civil Engineering): 06 Nos. (UR-04 OBC-01 SC-01)
Educational Qualification: Three years diploma in Agriculture Engineering/Civil Engineering with minimum 55% marks from a Govt. Polytechnic/Institution.
Age Limit: Maximum 27 years as on 07/09/2015
Pay Scale: Rs.9400 – Rs.25700/-

 

D. TRAINEES (AT SUPERVISORY LEVEL)

1. Trainee (Human Resource): 13 Nos. (UR-07 OBC-04 ST-02)
Educational Qualification: BBA/BCA/BA (Personnel Management) OR Graduate with minimum 55% marks from recognized University/Institutions with one year Diploma in Industrial Relations/Personnel Management/Human Resource Management/Labour Laws/Computer Application from a recognized University/Institution.
Candidates should have knowledge of MS Office and typing with speed of 40/35 WPM in English/Hindi in computer. Knowledge of Hindi typing is mandatory. In case a candidate does not possess Hindi typing at the time of selection, they have to pass the examination of Hindi typing during the course of training period.
Age Limit: Maximum 27 years as on 07/09/2015
Pay Scale: Rs.7200 – Rs.20300/-

 

2. Trainee (Finance):13 Nos. (UR-07 OBC-03 SC-02 ST-01)
Educational Qualification: B.Com. with minimum 55% marks from recognized University. In addition to above knowledge of computer application is mandatory.
Age Limit: Maximum 27 years as on 07/09/2015
Pay Scale: Rs.7200 – Rs.20300/-

 

3. Trainee (Store): 07 Nos. (UR-04 OBC-01 SC-01 ST-01)
Educational Qualification: B.Sc. (Agri.) with minimum 55% marks from recognized University or Graduate with minimum 55% marks with one year diploma in Materials Management/Inventory Management/Stores Management.
Knowledge of computer application is mandatory.
Age Limit: Maximum 27 years as on 07/09/2015
Pay Scale: Rs.7200 – Rs.20300/-

 

4. Trainee (Agriculture): 12 Nos. (UR-07 OBC-04 SC-01)
Educational Qualification: B.Sc. (Agriculture) with minimum 55% marks from recognized University. Knowledge of computer (MS Office) is mandatory.
Age Limit: Maximum 27 years as on 07/09/2015
Pay Scale: Rs.7200 – Rs.20300/-

 

5. Trainee (Laboratory): 02 Nos. (UR-01 OBC-01)
Educational Qualification: B.Sc. with Chemistry and Biology as subjects with minimum 55% marks from a recognized University/Institution
Age Limit: Maximum 27 years as on 07/09/2015
Pay Scale: Rs.7200 – Rs.20300/-

 

 

Upper Age Relaxation: Age relaxation for SC/ST, OBC & PH will be applicable as per Government Rules.

 

Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Test and Personal Interview.

Candidates selected for Management Trainee, Diploma Trainee and Trainees will be on training for one year. On successful completion of training period of one year and satisfactory performance during the training and personal interview, the trainees will be absorbed for regular posts.
