National Textile Corporation Limited (NTCL) is recruiting 21 persons for its Unit Mills in Southern Region. Posts — “Manager (HR)”, “Management Trainee (HR)” and “Supervisor (Technical)”. 1. Manager (HR), E-3 Level: 1 Nos.
Qualification: MBA/ MSW of 2 years or its equivalent with specialization in HR and knowledge of Labour laws/ Industrial Relations.
Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience at middle management in a manufacturing unit.
The candidate must have ability to read, write and speak in Kannada.
Age: maximum 40 years.
Pay Scale: Rs.24900 — Rs.50500
2. Management Trainee (HR), E-0 level: 5 Nos.
Qualification: Same as above.
Experience: Nil
Candidates must have ability to read, write and speak in Tamil/ Malayam.
Age: maximum 28yrs
Pay Scale: Stipend during training period of 6 months – Rs.10000 per month. On completion of training, Rs.12600—Rs.32500
3. Supervisor (Technical), S-1 level: 15 Nos.
Qualification: Diploma in Textile Engineering. Preference will be given to Degree in Textile Technology
Experience: Min 5 years of experience in relevant field.
Candidates must have ability to speak, read and write Tamil/ Malayalam/ Telugu.
Age: maximum 28 years.
Pay Scale: Rs.11600—Rs.26000
N.B: Appointments to all the above mentioned posts will be on regular basis. Selected candidates will have to go through probation period of one year.
Age relaxation: Age will be taken as on 30/4/2012. Relaxation is as per govt. norms.
Selection steps: Short-listed candidates will be called for Written Test and Interview. Instruction, date and venue of examination/ interview will be informed to the candidates through cal letter at later stage.
