1. Executive Trainees (Finance): 46 Nos. (UR-18, OBC-10, SC-05, ST-13)
Educational Qualification: CA / ICWA qualified
Age Limit: Maximum-29 years as on 29/02/2016
Pay Scale: Rs.24900/- Rs.50500/-
2. Executive Trainees (Human Resources) : 25 Nos. (UR-12, OBC-07, SC-04, ST-02)
Educational Qualification: Graduate with at least two years full time Post Graduate Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Post Graduate Programme in Management with Specialization in Human Resources / Industrial Relations / Personal Management or Masters in Social Work or MHROD or MBA with Specialization in HR with 65% marks (55% in case of SC, ST, PWD)
Age Limit: Maximum-29 years as on 29/02/2016
Pay Scale: Rs.24900/- Rs.50500/-
3. Assistant Chemist Trainees: 25 Nos. (UR-13, OBC-06,SC-04, ST-02)
Educational Qualification: M. Sc in Chemistry with 60% marks (Pass marks in Case of SC/ST/PWD candidates)
Age Limit: Maximum-27 years as on 29/02/2016
Pay Scale: Rs.20600/- Rs.46500/-
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any – As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Online test, Group Discussion and Interview. For the post of Executive Trainees (Finance) & Executive Trainees (Human Resources) selection will be on basis of Group Discussion and Interview. Online Test will be conduct on 1st week of May 2016.
