Educational Qualification: i) B.Sc. (MLT).
OR
10+2 with Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT).
ii) Registration from Uttar Pradesh State Medical Faculty.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 40 years as on 14/10/2018.
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 14443/- per month.
2. OT TECHNICIAN
No. of Vacancies: 48 Nos. (UR-24, SC-24)
Educational Qualification: i) B Sc. (Operation Theater Technology).
OR
Diploma (Operation Theater Technology).
ii) Registration from Uttar Pradesh State Medical Faculty.
Experience: One to two years of experience in relevant field.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 40 years as on 14/10/2018.
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 15,656/- per month.
3. STAFF NURSES (NEONATOLOGY TRAINED STAFF NURSE)
No. of Vacancies: 648 Nos. (UR-312, OBC-192, SC-144)
Educational Qualification: i) B.Sc. (Nursing).
OR
Post Basic Nursing.
OR
General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) and should have valid RNRM Number.
ii) Registration from State Nursing Council.
Experience: Minimum 02 years of experience in Labour Room/ SNCU/ NBSU.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 40 years as on 14/10/2018.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.18,150/- per month.
4. STAFF NURSES (NURSING SISTER)

Educational Qualification: i) B.Sc. (Nursing).

Name of the Districts: Agra, Aligarh, Allahabad, Bahraich, Barabanki, Bareilly, Bijnor, Budaun, Bulandshahar, Etawah, Faizabad, Firozabad, Ghaziabad, Gonda, Kanpur Dehat, Mainpuri, Meerut, Moradabad, Muzaffar Nagar, Pilibhit, Raebareli, Saharanpur, Shahjahanpur and Sultanpur.
The vacancies are under Maternal and Child Health Wing (MCH Wing) in 24 districts of Uttar Pradesh as mentioned above. The candidates will be appointed on Contractual basis for a period of One year, renewable subject to satisfactory performance of the candidates.
NOTE – Reserved Category candidates from the states other than Uttar Pradesh shall be treated as General Candidates.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Written Examination. The tentative date of written test is 4th November, 2018.
