District Health and Family Welfare Samiti, Jhargram invites online application for 15 posts of Counsellor, Lab Technician, Staff Nurse, Medical Officer, District PMDT & TB HIV Coordinator and Tuberculosis Health Visitor (TBHV). The vacancies are under National Health Mission, Department of Health and Family Welfare, Government of West Bengal. The candidates will be appointed on Contractual basis. 1. COUNSELLOR

No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR)

Educational Qualification: i) Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Psychology/ Social Work/ Sociology/ Anthropology/ Human Development/ Nursing, with minimum 01 year experience after PG degree/ Diploma.
OR
Graduate in Psychology/ Social Work/ Sociology/ Anthropology/ Human Development/ Nursing, with minimum 03 years experience after graduation.
ii) Working knowledge of Computer.

Age Limit: Maximum 60 years as on 01-01-2019.

Consolidated Pay: Rs.13000 per month

2. LAB TECHNICIAN

No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (SC)

Educational Qualification: i) Graduate in Medical Laboratory Technology (B.Sc) with minimum 01 year experience after graduation.
OR
Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) with minimum 02 years experience after diploma.
ii) Working knowledge of Computer.

Age Limit: Maximum 60 years as on 01-01-2019.

Consolidated Pay: Rs.13000 per month

3. STAFF NURSE

No. of Vacancies: 10 Nos. (UR-05, SC-02, ST-01, OBC-02)

Educational Qualification: i) GNM from an Institute recognised by the Indian Nursing Council.
ii) Must know Bengali.

Age Limit: Maximum 40 years as on 01-01-2019.

Consolidated Pay: Rs.17220 per month

4. MEDICAL OFFICER

No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR)

Educational Qualification: MBBS degree from West Bengal Medical Council (WBMC)/ Medical Council of India (MCI).

Desirable: Preference will be given for Post Graduate Diploma/ Degree in G&O or Paediatrics and similar experience.

Age Limit: Maximum 40 years as on 01-01-2019.

Consolidated Pay: Rs.40000 per month

5. DISTRICT PMDT & TB HIV COORDINATOR

No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR)

Educational Qualification: i) Graduate in any discipline from a recognized Institution.
ii) Candidate should have at least 50% marks in all requisite qualification.
iii) Certificate course in Computer Operation (minimum 02 months)
iv) Permanent two wheeler driving licence and should be able to drive two wheeler.

Desirable: i) Minimum 02 years of work experience under RNTCP or 05 years experience in any public health programme in a supervisory capacity.
ii) Good communication skills in local language and willing to travel in the area of work.

Age Limit: Minimum 22 years and maximum 40 years as on 01-01-2019.

Consolidated Pay: Rs.18720 per month

6. TUBERCULOSIS HEALTH VISITOR

No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR)

Educational Qualification: i) Graduate in any discipline from a recognized Institution.
OR
Intermediate (10+2) and experience of working as MPW/ LHV/ ANM/ Health Worker/ Certificate or higher course in health education/ counseling.
OR
Tuberculosis Health Visitors recognized course.
ii) Candidate should have at least 50% marks in all requisite qualification.
iii) Certificate course in Computer Operation (minimum 02 months).

Desirable: i) Minimum 02 years of work experience under RNTCP or 05 years experience in any public health programme in a supervisory capacity.
ii) Good communication skills in local language and willing to travel in the area of work.

Age Limit: Minimum 22 years and maximum 62 years as on 01-01-2019.

Consolidated Pay: Rs.13560 per month

Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable  for reserved category candidates as per Govt. norms.

The vacancies are under National Health Mission, Department of Health and Family Welfare, Government of West Bengal. The candidates will be appointed on Contractual basis.


Note:
The candidate must be a permanent resident of Jhargram District. Therefore, only candidates who are permanent resident of Jhargram District are eligible to apply for the above posts.

Reading and Writing ability in Bengali is compulsory for the above posts.

Candidates must print-out it and send it along with copies of testimonials, if instructed, such as qualification certificate/mark sheet, age proof, caste certificate, experience certificate if applicable and etc, at the below given address so as to reach on or before 20-01-2020 upto 05:00 PM.
