There is a total of 1377 vacancies available for roles such as Female Staff Nurse, Jr. Secretariat Assistant (JSA), Electrician cum Plumber, Lab Attendant, Mess Helper, and others. Candidates who have completed their 10th/12th class/Graduation from a recognized Board/University/Institution are eligible to apply.
The online application process commenced on 22nd March 2024. Candidates who have not yet applied can do so before the deadline on 30th April 2024. Application Fee:
The application fees for Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS) Group B and C posts differ based on the candidates’ categories.
For the Female Staff Nurse position, General/EWS/OBC (NCL) candidates must pay Rs. 1000/-, while SC/ST/PwBD candidates need to pay Rs. 500/-.
For other posts, the application fee for General/EWS/OBC (NCL) candidates is Rs. 500/-, and for SC/ST/PwBD candidates, it remains Rs. 500/-.
The total application fee for General/EWS/OBC (NCL) candidates is Rs. 1500/- for the Female Staff Nurse position and Rs. 1000/- for other posts.
However, candidates belonging to the SC/ST/PwBD category are exempted from paying any application fee.

Selection Process:
The NVS Recruitment 2024 selection process comprises several stages. Initially, candidates undergo a Written Exam to evaluate their knowledge and skills. Depending on the specific requirements of the position, applicants may then be subjected to a Skill Test. Following this, Document Verification ensures the authenticity of submitted credentials. Finally, successful candidates proceed to a Medical Examination to ascertain their fitness for the role.
