CIVIL JUDGE
No. of Vacancies: 51 Nos. (UR-22, SC-08, ST-11, SEBC-06, PWD-04)
Educational Qualification: i) Must be a Graduate in Law of a recognized University or Institution.
ii) Must be able to speak, read and write Odia fluently and must have passed an examination in Odia languahe equivalent to that of Middle English School standard (i.e. Class/ Standard-VII).
Age Limit: Minimum 23 years and maximum 35 years as on 01/08/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.27700 — Rs.44770
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ ST/ SEBC/ Women candidates and 10 years for PWD candidates. Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.

Reserved Category candidates from the states other than Odisha will be treated as General Category candidates.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Preliminary Written Examination, Main Written Examination and Interview.The Preliminary Written Examination may be held at five zonal centres namely Balasore, Berhampur, Bhubaneswar, Cuttack and Sambalpur. The Preliminary Written Examination is likely to be held on 2nd February, 2020. Main Written Examination will be held at the above five zones or at Bhubaneswar and Cuttack only.
