CIVIL JUDGES
Number of Vacancies: 153 Nos. (UR-75, SC-25, ST-34, S.E.B.C-17, O.H.-02 (out of total vacancies, 50 seats reversed for women candidates)
Educational Qualification: Graduate in Law.
Candidates must be able to speak, read and write Odia fluently and must have passed an examination in Odia Language equivalent to that of Middle English school standard.
Age Limit: Minimum-23 years and maximum-35 years as on 01/08/2016.
Pay Scale: Rs.27,700/- Rs.44,770/- plus other allowances.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any – As per Govt. norms.
Candidates belonging to a reserved category of other states will be treated as General Candidates.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Competitive Examination, i.e. Preliminary Written Examination, Main Written Examination and Interview.
Preliminary Written Examination will be held on 04.09.2016 and Main Written Examination will be held on the month of Nov, 2016.
