RECRUITMENT TO 659 (SIX HUNDRED FIFTY-NINE) POSTS OF VETERINARY ASSISTANT SURGEON ADDITIONAL VETERINARY ASSISTANT SURGEON IN GROUP A JUNIOR BRANCH-1L) OF ODISHA VETERINARY SERVICE UNDER FISHERIES & ANIMAL RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT
Veterinary & Additional Veterinary Assistant Surgeon
Educational Qualification:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Science & Animal Husbandry (B.VSc &AH or its equivalent degree from a recognized university College Institution in India or abroad.
- Possess required conversion certificates recognized by the Veterinary Council of India (VCD in case the candidate has Degrees from universities in foreign countries
- Valid registration certificate.
Age:
- A candidate must have attained the age of 21(twenty-one) years and must not be above the age of 38 (Thirty-Eig years as of the 1tt day of January 2022 i.e., he/she must have been born not earlier than 2 January 1984 and not later than 1 January 2001.
- The upper age limit prescribed above shall be relaxed by 05 (five) years for candidates.
Examination Fees:
- Examination Fees of all candidates have been exempted as per GA&PG Department Notification No. 9897/Gen, dt. 11.04.2022.
Selection Process:
- The selection of candidates for recruitment to the post of Veterinary Assistant Surgeon shall be made on the basis of a Written Examination
- The total marks for the written examination shall be 800.
