1. JUNIOR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Educational Qualification: Graduate in Arts/ Commerce/ Science from a recognized University.
Desirable: Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application.
Pay Scale: Rs.14000 — Rs.49000
2. FIELD ASSISTANT-III
No. of Vacancies: 03 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Graduate in Arts/ Commerce/ Science from a recognized University.
Desirable: i) Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application.
ii) Minimum 02 years’ working experience as Supervisor in any Agricultural Research experiment/ Field.

3. LABORATORY ATTENDANT

Educational Qualification: Higher Secondary in Arts/ Commerce/ Science stream (10+2) or its equivalent Examination pass.

4. METEOROLOGICAL OBSERVER

Educational Qualification: Higher Secondary in Science stream (10+2) or its equivalent Examination pass.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.21700 per month
5. MIS OPERATOR
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (at Jorhat)
Educational Qualification: At least a B.Sc. (IT)/ B.Tech. (Computer Science)/ Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA)/ three years Diploma in Computer Science or a closely related field.
Experience: Should have at least 04 years professional experience (in case the Bachelors degree/ diploma is of 03 years duration) OR 03 years experience (in case the Bachelors degree/ diploma is of 04 years duration).
Remuneration: Rs.240000 — Rs.300000 per year
6. OFFICE ASSISTANT
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (at Jorhat)
Educational Qualification: At least a Graduate (minimum 03 years duration) degree in any field from recognized University/ Institution.
Experience: Must have at least 02 years experience.

The prescribed application form may also be downloaded from the Assam Agricultural University (AAU) website- www.aau.ac.in. In case of the candidate of using the downloaded copy of Application Form, an IPO of Rs. 20/- must be enclosed with the Application Form. The prescribed application form for the Contractual posts (Sl. No. 5 & 6) may be downloaded from the Assam Agricultural University (AAU) website- www.aau.ac.in, the candidate need not deposit any IPO.
Candidates must also enclose 01 (size 23 cm x 10 cm) Self-Addressed envelope with the Application Form affixed with postage stamp of Rs.6/-.
