1. JUNIOR OFFICE ASSISTANT (IT)
No. of Vacancies: 50 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) Should have passed 10+2 Examination from a recognized Board/ University.
OR
Matriculation from recognized Board with one/ two year’s Diploma/ Certificate from a Industrial Training Institute (ITI) in Information Technology (IT) & Information Technology Enabled Sectors (ITES) as notified by Director General of employment & Training (Govt. of India) from time to time or three years Diploma in Computer Engineering/ Computer Science/ IT from a recognized Polytechnic Institute.
ii) Computer typing speed of 30 wpm in English or 25 wpm in Hindi.
Age Limit: Not below 18 years
Consolidated Pay: Rs.10785 per month
2. STENO TYPIST
No. of Vacancies: 05 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) Should have passed 10+2 Examination or equivalent from a recognized Board/ University.
ii) Must possess a speed of 60 wpm in English and Hindi shorthand respectively.
iii) Must possess a speed of 25 wpm in English and Hindi typewriting respectively on computer.
iv) Should have the knowledge of word processing in Computer.
Age Limit: Not below 18 years
Consolidated Pay: Rs.10910 per month
3. CLERK
No. of Vacancies: 04 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) 10+2 Examination or its equivalent from a recognized Board/ University.
ii) Should possess a minimum speed of 30 wpm in Hindi typing on computer.
Age Limit: Not below 18 years
Consolidated Pay: Rs.10660 per month
4. FIELD ASSISTANT
No. of Vacancies: 10 Nos.
Educational Qualification: At least 2nd class Matric with Science.
Age Limit: Not below 18 years
Consolidated Pay: Rs.10660 per month
5. JUNIOR PROFESSIONAL ASSISTANT
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) M.A with Bachelor of Library Science or M.Lib Science.
OR
B.A with Library Science with 03 years working experience as Semi Professional Assistant.
ii) Fair knowledge of typing.
Age Limit: Not below 18 years
Consolidated Pay: Rs.19300 per month
6. LIBRARY ASSISTANT
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Matric with Diploma/ Certificate in Library Science.
Age Limit: Not below 18 years
Consolidated Pay: Rs.10660 per month
The candidates will be appointed on Contract basis.
Note:- A candidate will be eligible for appointment to the above posts if he/ she has passed Matriculation and 10+2 from any School/ Institution situated within Himachal Pradesh. Provided this condition will not apply to Bonafide Himachalis.
Reserved category candidates from States other than Himachal Pradesh will be treated as General candidates.
