Eligibility Criteria for Advisor Positions
Essential:
Applicants must have retired from a position at the Board of Directors level in a public sector oil company, with at least 30 years of experience as a geoscientist in the energy sector.
They should also possess expertise in strategy development, business planning, and managing critical mineral exploration and exploitation. This includes formulating business plans, establishing systems, and creating policies to drive business development initiatives.
Age Limit:
The maximum age limit for applicants is 65 years.
Period of Contract:
The contract period is initially for one year, with the possibility of an extension for another year.
Place of Posting:
The Advisor will work from the CMD Office in Noida/Delhi.
Honorarium:
- Monthly honorarium for Director Level: Rs. 2,15,000/- (including local conveyance, telephone, internet expenses, etc.)
- Paid leave of 20 days for a one-year engagement.
Selection Procedure:
Selection will be based on a personal interaction with a Selection Committee.
