Hindustan Paper Corporation Limited (HPCL) is inviting application for one year Apprenticeship training at Nagaon Paper Mill, Kagajnagar- Assam and Cachar Paper Mill, Panchgram-Assam. Training will be provided in various discipline for Engineering Graduate Apprentices, Technician (Diploma) Apprentices and Technician (Vocational) Apprentices. Qualification norms and brief details are given below —

1. ENGINEERING GRADUATE APPRENTICES
Total vacancies: 46 Nos. (23 for Nagaon Paper Mill and 23 for Cachar Paper Mill)
— Mechanical: 10 Nos.
— Electrical: 10 Nos.
— Civil: 6 Nos.
— Chemical: 6 Nos.
— Electronics: 4 Nos.
— Computer Science: 2 Nos.
— Instrumentation: 8 Nos.
Required Qualification: Degree in Engineering or Technology.

2. TECHNICIAN (DIPLOMA HOLDER) APPRENTICES
Total vacancies: 38 Nos. (19 for Nagaon Paper Mill and 19 for Cachar Paper Mill)
— Mechanical: 10 Nos.
— Electrical: 8 Nos.
— Civil: 2 Nos.
— Chemical: 6 Nos.
— Electronics: 2 Nos.
— Computer Science: 2 Nos.
— Instrumentation:  8 Nos.
Required Qualification: Diploma in Engineering or Technology

3. TECHNICIAN (VOCATIONAL) APPRENTICES
Total vacancies: 18Nos. (09 for Nagaon Paper Mill and 09 for Cachar Paper Mill)
— Office Management: 6 Nos.
— Office Secretaryship: 6 Nos.
— Accountancy & Auditing: 6 Nos.
Required Qualification: Certificate in vocational course involving two years of study after the completion of the secondary stage of school education.

Age Limit (for all posts): maximum 30yrs as on 01-01-2014. Upper age relaxation for SC/ST – 5yrs; OBC- 3yrs; PWD- 10yrs; Ex-Serviceman and Others – As per norms.

Selection of candidates will be done through Personal Interview/ Test.
