1. Assistant Technician (Electrical):03 Nos. (Gen—1; OBC—1 & ST—1)
Educational Qualification: 3 years Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 60% Marks (50% marks for SC/ST) and should have certificate of Electrical Supervisor.

 

2. Assistant Technician (Mechanical): 06 Nos. (Gen—4 & OBC—2)
Educational Qualification: 3 years Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 60% Marks (50% marks for SC/ST).

 

3. Assistant Technician (Production): 17 Nos. (Gen–10; OBC—4; SC—2 & ST—1)
Educational Qualification: 3 years Diploma in Mechanical/ Chemical/ Petroleum Engineering with 60% Marks (50% marks for SC/ST).

 

4. TA Gd.III (Chemistry):10 Nos. (Gen—5; OBC—3; SC—1 & ST—1)

6. Assistant Technician (Boiler): 13 Nos. (Gen—8; OBC—3; SC—1 & ST—1)
Educational Qualification: 3 years Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 60% Marks (50% marks for SC/ST) with 1st class Boiler Attendance Certificate

 

7. Marine Radio Assistant Gd.III: 20 Nos. (Gen—8; OBC—6; SC—3 & ST—3)
Educational Qualification: 10th/Metric pass with 60% marks (50% marks for SC/ST).with 2nd class Certificate with Proficiency/ Competency in Marine Radio Operation Recognized with Global Maritime Distress and Safety (GMDSS) certification and one year experience in line. OR Radio Telephone Operator’s Certificate of Proficiency in Maritime Mobile Service with Global Maritime Distress and Safety System (GMDSS) certification and one year experience in line. OR Diploma in Electronics/ Telecom with 60% Marks (50% marks for SC/ST) with Global Maritime Distress and Safety Systems (GMDSS) certification and 1 year experience.

 

8. Assistant Rigman (Drilling): 31 Nos. (Gen—15; OBC—9; SC—4 & ST—3)
Educational Qualification: 3 years Diploma in Mechanical/ Petroleum Engineering with 60% Marks (50% marks for SC/ST) with physically fit).

 

9. Assistant Gd.III (Materials Management): 1 Nos. (Gen)
Educational Qualification: 3 years Diploma in Materials Management / Inventory/Stock Control with 60% Marks (50% marks for SC/ST) and One Year Post Graduate Diploma in Materials Management with 60% Marks (50% marks for SC/ST).

 

10. Assistant Gd.III (Transport): 2 Nos. (Gen—1 & OBC—1)
Educational Qualification: 3 years Diploma in Auto/ Mechanical Engineering with 60% Marks (50% marks for SC/ST) or Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management/ Administration or Post Graduate with Pass Marks and should have heavy vehicle driving license.

 

11. Security Supervisor: 2 Nos. (Gen—1 & OBC—1)
Educational Qualification: Graduate with 60% Marks (50% marks for SC/ST) with one year relevant experience and Physical Test apply.

 

12. Assistant Technician (Instrumentation): 16 Nos. (Gen—8; OBC—5; SC—2 & ST—1)
Educational Qualification: 3 years Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering with 60% Marks (50% marks for SC/ST).

 

13. Junior Assistant Technician (Boiler): 1 Nos. (ST)
Educational Qualification: 10th/Metric pass with Science, with minimum II class Boiler Attendants (Oil/Gas Fired) Certificate.

 

14. Junior Assistant Technician (Production): 01 Nos. (ST)
Educational Qualification: 10th/Metric pass with Science, and Trade Certificate in Fitting (or) Mechanic Trades. The trades in respect of Mechanic are: Diesel/ Instrumentation/ Turner/Machining/ Tractor/ Motor Vehicle/ Welding/ Blacksmith/ Boiler Attendant and Machinist Grinder.

 

15. Junior Fire Supervisor: 09 Nos.: (Gen—5; OBC—2; SC—1 & ST—1)
Educational Qualification: 12th pass with 6 months experience in fire services, Driving License for Heavy Vehicles essential and also can drive heavy vehicle.

 

16. Junior Assistant Technician (Electrical): 02 Nos. (Gen—1 & OBC—1)
Educational Qualification: 10th/Metric pass with Science, & Trade Certificate in Electrical Trade and should have certificate in Electrical Supervisor.

 

17. Jr. Assistant (Steno English): 04 Nos. (Gen—2 & SC—2)
Educational Qualification: Graduate with Typing speed 30 wpm and short hand at 80 w.p.m. and 06 months Certificate/Diploma in Computer Applications in the office environment.

 

18. Junior Assistant (Materials Management): 08 Nos. (Gen—5; SC—2 & ST—1)
Educational Qualification: B. Sc with Physics or Mathematics as one of the subjects with proficiency in typing 30 wpm and 06 months Certificate/Diploma in Computer Applications in the office environment.

Educational Qualification: B.Com.with proficiency in typing 30 wpm and 06 months Certificate/Diploma in Computer Applications in the office environment.

 

20. Junior Slinger Cum Rigger: 01 Nos. (ST—1)
Educational Qualification: 10th/Metric pass with Driving License for Heavy Vehicle. 3 years’ Experience in Loading and Unloading.

 

21. Junior Assistant (Personnel & Administration): 07 Nos. (Gen—3; OBC—3 & ST—1)
Educational Qualification: Graduate with typing speed 30 wpm and 6 months in Computer Applications in the office Environment.

 

22. Junior Motor Vehicle Driver (HV Operation): 02 Nos. (Gen—2)
Educational Qualification: 10th/Metric pass with Driving License for Heavy Vehicle.3 years Driving Experience of heavy vehicles.

 

23. Junior Security Supervisor: 01 Nos. (Gen—1)
Educational Qualification: 12th pass with 06 months training/experience in Security.

 

24. Junior Assistant Operation (Heavy Equipment): 35 Nos. (Gen—20; OBC—9; SC—3 & ST—3)
Educational Qualification: 10th/Metric pass with Driving License for Heavy Vehicle and 3 years driving experience of Heavy Vehicles/ Crane Operations and Valid Grade- I certificate as per API- RP 2D or OISD RP-205.

 

Age Limit for all posts:
For Jr. Assistant Operator — 18 to 35 years
For rest of all posts — 18 to 30 years
Age will be counted as on 25.04.2015. The upper age relaxation for SC/ST is 5 years; OBC is 3 years; Ex-Serviceman and others as per govt. norms.

 

Application Fee: Candidates shall pay Rs.300/- (for SC/ST/PWD/Ex-Serv Rs.100/-) through SBI challan which can be downloaded from the ONGC’s website during submission of application. See officially released advertisement for more details.

 

Mode of Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Test, Interview and Qualification marks.
The exam centres for written test will be held at Mumbai, Aurangabad, Nashik or Nagpur. Exact Date, Time and Venue for examination will be intimated in due course.
