Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC) is recruiting 693 posts in A-II/ A-I and W-I Level in different trades/discipline (such as Technical Assistant, Jr. Assistant Technician in various Trades, Nurse, Supervisor, Fireman, Etc). The vacancies are in Western Sector (Gujarat) and Jodhpur Frontier Basin (Rajasthan). Qualification: 3 years Diploma in Mechanical/ Chemical/Petroleum Engineering.

(ix) Assistant Technician (Boiler): 7 Nos.
Qualification: 3 years Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with Ist Class Boiler Attendant Certificate.

(x) Assistant (Material Management): 2 Nos.
Qualification: 3 years Diploma in Material Management/ Inventory/Stock Control recognized by the State Board of Technical Education / One Year Post Graduate Diploma in Material Management.

(xi) Nurse: 1 No.
Qualification: Graduate in Nursing / Diploma in Nursing of 3 years or more duration, Recognized by statutory body and registered with Nursing Council.

Qualification: High School or Class X Equivalent Board Examinations with Science and Trade Certificate in Auto/Fitting or Mechanic Trades. Should have Valid Heavy Vehicle Driving Licence. Driving test on Heavy Vehicle applicable.

(xviii) Junior Assistant (Steno-English): 3 Nos.
Qualification: Graduate with typing speed 30 w.p.m. and Shorthand at 80 w.p.m. Certificate/ Diploma of minimum duration of six months in Computer Applications in the office environment.

(xix) Junior Assistant (P & A): 11 Nos.
Qualification: Graduate with typing speed 30 w.p.m. Certificate/Diploma of minimum duration of six months in Computer Applications in the office environment.

(xx) Junior Fire Supervisor: 5 Nos.
Qualification: Intermediate with 6 months experience in Fire services. Driving Licence for Heavy Vehicles is essential.

 

3. W-I LEVEL: 36 Nos.

(i) Junior Fireman: 23 Nos.
Qualification: High School or Class X equivalent Board Examinations with Fireman’s training of three month’s duration.

(ii) Health Care Attendant GD.I: 13 Nos.
Qualification: Matriculation with First Aid Certificate from Statutory body / Institute like St.John’s Ambulance or Red Cross Society etc. Six months experience as Technician in ECG/ CSSD/ Plaster/Anaesthesia desirable.

PAY SCALES:
A-II Level: Rs.12000 – 27000/-
A-I Level: Rs.11000 – 24000/-
W-I Level: Rs.10000 – 18000/-

 

AGE LIMIT:
18 to 38 yrs for A-II /A-I level AND 18 to 27 yrs for W-I level as on 15.10.2014. The upper age limit is relaxation for reserved category as per Govt. norms.

Candidates must pay Rs.300/- if General/OBC and Rs.100/- if SC/ST/PWD/Ex-Serv. with bank charges extra.
