Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) for its IISCO Steel plant at Burnpur is recruiting 39 persons for the post of “Operator-cum-Technician-Trainee” and “Attendant-cum-Technician-Trainee”. ITI and Engineering Diploma course pass candidates may apply—

Attendant cum Technician Trainee: 21 Nos. (Gen-12, OBC-5, SC-3, ST-1) among them Ex-Serviceman- 1nos.
Required Qualification: Madhyamik pass candidates with Trade Certificate of ITI and Class-II Boiler Competency Certificate may apply for the post.
Salary: Rs.8630 – Rs. 12080

Operator cum Technician Trainee: 18 Nos. (Gen-11, OBC-4, SC-2, ST-1) among them Ex-serviceman- 1nos.
Qualification: Candidates with 3yrs Diploma course of Engineering and with Class-I or Class-II Boiler Competency Certificate may apply.
Salary: Rs.9160 – Rs.13150

Age limit: For both posts candidates should be between within 18yrs to 30yrs as on 1-10-2011. Age relaxation: OBC-3yrs, SC/ST-5yrs, PH-10yrs and Ex-serviceman- as per norms.

Candidates will be selected through Written Test. If selected then will be called for Trade Test and Interview.
