- Degree Engg. (Electrical, IT & Telecomm), Diploma (Electrical, Telecomm & Civil) and Degree Non-Engg. (HR, Finance & Law) aspirants need to register themselves at NATS 2.0 portal i.e. nats.education.gov.in
- ITI Trade apprentices need to register themselves at NAPS portal i.e. apprenticeshipindia.gov.in
The candidate must ensure that his/her Aadhar is seeded with Bank Account for DBT.

The OPTCL Apprentice Recruitment 2026 offers a monthly stipend based on the apprentice type. The detailed stipend structure is given below:

OPTCL Apprentice Training Period 2026
- The period of apprenticeship training shall be one year i.e. 12 Months.
- The training period shall commence from the online contract date of Apprenticeship Training and will continue for a duration of one year.
- Apprentices shall be entitled to a stipend from the start of the online contract date, subject to their satisfactory performance during the training period.
- It shall not be obligatory on the part of OPTCL to offer employment to any apprentice who has completed his/her apprenticeship, nor can an apprentice claim right for employment on the ground of completion of Apprenticeship Training.
OPTCL Apprentice Job Location 2026
- Apprenticeship Training will be provided at different Units and offices of OPTCL spread across all over Odisha.
- No accommodation or allowance in lieu thereof shall be provided to the engaged apprentices by OPTCL at the training locations.
- Apprentices shall have to abide by safety rules strictly at their respective places of engagement.
