ORDNANCE FACTORY VARANGAON INVITES APPLICATION FOR 37 POSTS OF PHARMACIST, STENO, LDC, FIREMAN, MTS AND ETC. LAST DATE — 30/06/2015
1. Pharmacist: 01 Nos. (Gen—01)
Educational Qualification: Class 12th passed or equivalent with Science. Candidates should have Certificate as Registered Pharmacist having passed 2 years diploma course with 3 months training in Pharmacy.
Age Limit: Maximum 32 years.
2. Stenographer: 01 Nos. (Gen—01)
Educational Qualification: Matriculation or equivalent. Candidates should have speed of 80wpm in Stenography (English or Hindi).
Age Limit: Minimum 18 to Maximum 27 years.
3. LDC: 02 Nos. (Gen—01 & SC—01)
Educational Qualification: Class 12th passed or equivalent. Candidates should have typing speed of 35wpm in English or 30wpm in Hindi on Computer.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 to Maximum 27 years.
4. Fireman: 06 Nos. (Gen—05 & ST—01)
Educational Qualification: Class 10th passed and must have completed basic course on elementary fire fighting. Candidates must be physically fit.
Physically Test: (i) Height—165cms (ii) Chest —81.5cm/85cms (unexpanded/expanded) (iii) Weight—50kgs.
Endurance Test: (i) Carrying a man (Fireman lift of 63.5Kgs to a distance of 183 Mts within 96 Seconds). (ii) Clearing 2.7 Mts wide ditch landing on both feet (long jump). (iii) Climbing 3 Mts vertical rope using hands and feet.
Note: 2.5 relaxations in Height and Chest for hill areas candidates.
Age Limit: Maximum 27 years.
5. Supervisor-III: 01 Nos. (Gen)
Educational Qualification: Matriculation or equivalent.
Desirable: Candidates should have basic knowledge of Computer Application and having ‘O’ Level Certificate by DOEACC.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 to Maximum 27 years.
6. Cook & Cook (Canteen): 06 Nos. (Gen—02; ST—02 & OBC—02)
Educational Qualification: Matriculation or equivalent with 1 year experience in the trade.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 to Maximum 27 years.
7. Durwan: 09 Nos. (Gen—05; ST—02 & OBC—02)
Educational Qualification: Matriculation or equivalent and must be physically fit (i) Height—165cms (ii) Chest —77cm/82cms (unexpanded/expanded) (iii) Weight—45kgs.
Age Limit: Maximum 27 years.
8. MTS: 11 Nos. (Gen—06; ST—02 & OBC—03)
Educational Qualification: Matriculation or equivalent.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 to Maximum 25 years.
Pay Scale (for all posts): Rs.5200/- to Rs.20200/- per month and Grade Pay Rs.2800/- (for Sl.No. 1); Rs.2400/- (for Sl.No. 2); Rs.1900/- (for Sl.No. 3 to 7); Rs.1800/- (for Sl.No 8 to 9).
