Indian Ordnance Factory under Ministry of Defence, is recruiting 1578 candidates in the posts of “Chargeman (Non-Gazetted Group B)” in various discipline. Educational Qualification:
For Mechanical Engg./ Electrical Engg./ Civil Engg./ Automobile/ Electronics — Three years Diploma or equivalent in the relevant discipline.
For Chemical/ Metallurgy/ Clothing Technology/ Leather Technology — Three years Diploma in the relevant discipline OR B.Sc degree with General Chemistry as one of the major subject.
For Information Technology: Must pass “A’ level competency certificate course of equivalent qualification in Computer Science
For Non Technical (Stores)/ Non Technical (OTS): Graduate Degree in Engineering/ Technical/ Humanities/ Science/ Commerce/ Law etc. from recognized University.

Pay Scale: 9300—34800 and Grade Pay: Rs.4200

Age Limit: Maximum 27yrs as on Last Date of Application. Upper age relaxation for SC/ST – 5yrs; OBC- 3yrs; PWD- 10yrs; and Others – As per norms.

Application Fee:
Rs.100/- through Bank remittance in favour  of Sr. Principal Director, National Academy of Defence Production, Ambajhari.
No Application Fee for SC/ST/PWD and Women candidates.

Selection of the candidates will be through Written Examination and will be held at – Ambernath, Aruvankadu (Near Ooty), Badmal (Ordisha), Chandigarh, Chennai, Dehradun, Jabalpur, Kanpur, Kolkata, Medak (Near Hyderabad), Muradnagar (Near Delhi), Nagpur, Pune and Trichy. 
There will be no Interview or Personality Test.

How to Apply:
Apply Online through Online system from the website of OFB — www.ofb.gov.in (URL given below)
Candidates will require to upload scan copy of signature and passport size image during online Application form.
After successful submission of Online Application form, print-out the system generated Registration Slip. The registration slip along with original copy of Payment Challan is to be sent at the address which will be provided along with the print-out system generated application.

Apply Online within 21st September, 2013.
The print-out Registration Slip by post must reach on or before 28th September, 2013 (05/10/2013 for Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Manipur, Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim, Ladakh Division of Jammu & Kashmir State, Lahaul-Spiti District and Pangi Sub-Division of Chamba District of Himachal Pradesh, Andaman & Nicobar Islands and Lakshadweep)
