Orissa High Court, Cuttack is inviting application from the eligible candidates for 59 posts of Junior Grade Typist / Data Entry Operator and Junior Stenographer. ORISSA HIGH COURT, CUTTACK INVITES ONLINE APPLICATION FOR 59 POSTS OF JUNIOR GRADE TYPIST / DATA ENTRY OPERATOR AND STENOGRAPHER. LAST DATE — 11.04.2016 & 31.04.2016 RESPECTIVELY.

1. Junior Grade Typist / Data Entry Operator: 19 Nos. (UR-08, SEBC-02, SC-03, ST-06)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor Degree in any discipline or equivalent qualification and typing writing with a minimum speed of 40wpm.
Candidates should have passed in computer application.
Age Limit: Minimum-21 years and maximum-35 years as on 01.01.2016
Pay Scale: Rs.5, 200/- Rs.20, 000/- and Grade Pay Rs.1, 900/-

 

2. Junior Stenographer: 40 Nos. (UR-20, SEBC-05, SC-06, ST-09)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor Degree in any discipline or equivalent qualification with a minimum speed of 80wpm in Short hand and 40 wpm per minute in type writing.
Candidates must have passed diploma in computer application.
Experiences: 01 years experiences in working in Subordinate Judiciary or Statutory Tribunals.
Age Limit: Minimum-21 years and maximum-35 years as on 01.01.2016
Pay Scale: Rs.5, 200/- Rs.20, 000/- and Grade Pay Rs.2400/-

 

Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Typewriting Test/ Shorthand Stenography test, Language Test, Computer Application Test, and Viva-voce

Examination Fee: Candidates must pay Rs.100/- as Examination Fee. Fee can be paid through Online mode during submission of online application form by using Debit/Credit card or Net banking OR can be paid through Bank by means of fee payment Challan. NO EXAMINATION FEE REQUIRED IN CASE OF SC, ST AND PWD CANDIDATES.

Upon successful payment of prescribed fee and submission of online application form, the system generated Registration/ Acknowledgement Slip with unique registration number will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it in two copies on plain A4 size paper. One copy of the print-out must be retained by the candidate for future references and other copy, along with attested copies of testimonials (qualification certificate/mark sheet, age proof, caste certificate, experience certificate if applicable and etc), is to be send at the below given address so as to reach on or before 7 days from the last date of online application
