Official Notification – OSSC CTS 2023
The minimum educational qualification for engineering posts (Civil, Mechanical and electrical) is Diploma or equivalent. But candidate having higher qualification in the relevant field may be allowed to apply for the said exam. Odisha Government needs to revise the eligibility qualification in good spirit. Candidates having B.Tech qualification are deprived by the Odisha Government specially by OSSC and OPSC.
