Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), under Ministry of Home Affairs, is recruiting 212 persons for the various posts of Group-B and Group-C Non Ministerial Non Gazetted Para Medical Staff on all India bases. Posts—Inspector/ Jr. Dietician, SI/Staff Nurse, ASI/Physiotherapist, ASI/Pharmacist, ASI/ECG Tech, ASI/OT Tech, ASI/ Dental Tech, ASI/Lab Tech, HC/Lab Asst, HC/Jr.X-Ray Asst., HC/AC Plant Tech, HC (Nurse/ANM), HC/Paramedic, HC/Steward, CT/Cook and CT/Masalchi. 1. Insp/ Jr. Dietician: 3 Nos. (Gen-2, OBC-1)
Qualification: B.Sc. (Home Science/ Home Economics with nutrition as subject or equivalent from a recognized university of Central/State Govt.
Diploma in dietetics from an institution recognized by any state or central Govt. or Master degree in Home Science (Food and Nutrition) from any recognized university of Central/State Govt.
OR
One year working experience as a dietician in any institution / organization
Age: 20yrs—25yrs

2. SI/ Staff Nurse: 64 Nos. (Gen-20, OBC-9, SC-5, ST-6, Ex-serviceman- 24)
Qualification: Intermediate or 10+2 or equivalent and must have passed the examination held by the nursing council with 3 years course in General Nursing and Mid-wifery;
OR Matriculation and must have passed the examination held by Nursing council with 3 ½ years course in General Nursing and Mid-wifery; and must be registered with Central or State Nursing Council as a General Nurse and Mid-wife.
Age: 21yrs—30yrs

3. ASI/ Physiotherapist: 4 Nos (Gen-2, OBC-1, Ex-serviceman-1)
Qualification: Intermediate or 10+2 with science as a subject or equivalent from a recognized Board or University . Bachelor in Physiotherapy or three years diploma in Physiotherapy from an institution recognized by All India Council Technical Education of any State Government or Central Government.
Age: 20yrs—25yrs.

4. ASI/ Pharmacist: 48 Nos. (Gen-17, OBC-10, SC-8, ST-3, Ex-serviceman-10)
Qualification: Intermediate or 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized Board or University and Two years diploma or Degree in Pharmacy granted by an institute of the Central Govt. or State Govt. or an institution recognized by the Central Government or State Government; and should be registered as a “Pharmacist” under the Pharmacy Act 1948 (8 of 1948)

5. ASI/ECG Tech: 1 Nos. (OBC)
Qualification: Matriculation with science as a subject or equivalent from a recognized Board or University. Certificate in Electro Cardio Graphy Technology from an Institute recognized by All India Council of Technical Education of any State Govt. or Central Govt.
Age: 20yrs—28yrs

6. ASI/OT Tech: 17 Nos. (Gen-8, OBC-5, SC-2, ST-1, Ex-serviceman-1)
Qualification: Matriculation with science as a subject or equivalent from a recognized Board or University. Certificate of Operation Theatre Assistant Course or Operation Theatre Assistant-cum-Central sterile supply assistant training.

7. ASI/ Dental Tech: 15nos. (Gen-7, OBC-4, SC-3, Ex-servieman-1)

10. HC/Jr.X-Ray Asst: 1 Nos. (OBC)

Qualification: Matriculation pass from a recognized Board and not less that 2 years experience in a similar job in a hotel or restaurant of repute.

Salary: Rs.5200-20200 plus Grade Pay Rs.2000

Age limit and relaxation: Age of the candidates will be counted as on dated 1/8/2012. Age relaxation—OBC-3yrs, SC/ST-5yrs and Ex-serviceman- as per govt. norms.

Physical Standard: –
For General and OBC candidates: HEIGHT: 170cms (157cms of Female)
For Garhwalis, Kumaonis, Gorkhas, Dogras, Marathas and candidates belonging to  the states of Sikkim, Nagaland, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Tripura, Mizoram, Meghalaya, Assam, Himachal Pradesh, Kashmir and Leh & Laddakh regions of J&K: HEIGHT-165cms (155cms for female)
For SC/ST candidates: HEIGHT- 162.5 cms (150cms for female)
CHEST (Unexpanded/expanded): 80cm/ 85cm (76cm/ 81cm for SC/ST). Not applicable for female.
WEIGHT: Proportional to height and weight.
Medical Standards:
Eye sight: The minimum distance vision should be 6/6 and 6/9 of 2 eyes without correction i.e. without wearing of glasses.
The candidates shall not have knock knee, flat foot, varicose vein or squint in eyes and they should possess high colour vision and they shall be in good mental and bodily health and free from any physical defect likely to interfere with the efficient performance of the duties.

Candidates’ selection: Candidates will have to go through Physical Measurement, Physical Efficiency Test, Written test and then Interview/Personality Test.
Physical Efficiency Test will be of—Race of 1 mile within 7.5 minutes (800 mtr within 6 minutes for female), Long jump of 10 feet (6 ft for female) and High Jump of 3 feet (2.5 ft for female).

• Certificate as proof of Date of Birth, Educational / technical / professional qualification.  Certificate of Matriculation should be issued by the concerned education Board mentioning date of birth.

• Attested copy of Registration certificate showing to have been registered under the appropriate Pharmacy Act 1948 / Nursing Council of Central or State as a General Nurse and Midwife. 
• Three self-addressed envelopes (size 22 x 10 cms) affixed with Rs.5/- postage stamp each bearing name and full postal address of the candidate shall also be enclosed along with the application. 
• Two copies of recent passport size photographs duly written the name of candidate and attested by Gazetted Officer.  One copy shall be affixed on the application. 
• Copies of certificate in support of claim for Adivasi / Mizos / Nagas etc 
• Any other certificate in support of additional qualification / experience etc 
•  Valid IPO for Rs.50/- (for GENL and OBC candidates)
