1. NEUROTECHNOLOGIST (TRAINEE)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR)
Educational Qualification: B.Sc. (Neurotechnology) with 50% marks (40% for SC/ ST/ PWD/ Departmental candidates) from a recognized Institute.
Experience: One year post qualification clinical experience in a hospital.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 28 years as on 04/12/2018.
Pay Scale: Rs.16800-24110/-
2. SISTER TUTOR
No. of Vacancies: 05 Nos. (UR-03, SC-01, ST-01. Out of the total posts,01 postis reserved for PWD)
Educational Qualification: i) M.Sc. Nursing/ B.Sc. Nursing (Basic/ Post Basic)/ Diploma in Nursing Education & Administration after intermediate or 10+2 (Science) from a recognized Institute, with 50% marks (40% for SC/ ST/ PWD/ Departmental candidates).
ii) Valid registration in Nursing Council of India/ State Nursing Council.
Experience: i) M.Sc. Nursing candidates must have 01 year post qualification working experience.
ii) B.Sc. Nursing (Basic/ Post Basic)/ Diploma in Nursing Education & Administration candidates must have 03 years post qualification experience.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 30 years as on 04/12/2018.
Pay Scale: Rs.16800-24110/-
3. NURSING SISTER (TRAINEE)
No. of Vacancies: 24 Nos. (UR-12, SC-03, ST-06, OBC-03. Out of the total posts, 02 posts are reserved for PWD)
Educational Qualification: i) B.Sc.(Nursing) from a recognized Institute with 50% marks (40% for SC/ ST/ PWD/ Departmental candidates).
OR
10+2/ Intermediate in Science with Diploma of 03 (three) years duration in General Nursing and Midwifery from a recognized Institute with 50% marks (40% for SC/ ST/ PWD/ Departmental candidates).
ii) Valid registration in Nursing Council of India / State Nursing Council.
Experience: One year post qualification clinical experience in a hospital.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 28 years as on 04/12/2018.
Pay Scale: Rs.16800-24110/-
For the post of Neurotechnologist (Trainee) and Nursing Sister (Trainee), the selected candidates will undergo Training for a period of two) years, which can be extended for a further period of two years. During the training period, candidates will be paid Consolidated Pay of Rs.10700/- per month for the 1st year and Rs.12200/- per month for the 2nd year.
The vacancies are for Ispat General Hospital, Rourkela.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Physical Standards:
(i) Male Candidates: Height — 150 cms; Chest (unexpanded) — 75 cm; Chest (expanded) — 79 cms; Weight — 40 Kgs
(ii) Female Candidates: Height — 143 cms; Chest — 70 cm; Chest (expanded) — 73 cms; Weight — 35 Kgs
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Written Test and Skill Test/ Trade Test. The Written Test shall be conducted at Rourkela only.
