Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), Bangalore Complex, is recruiting 30 persons for the posts of – “Paramedical Staff (Trainees) in various discipline given below. The appointment will be in HAL Medical & Health Unit including First Aid Centres of the Divisions of Bangalore. Eligibility of the candidates and other criteria in brief is given below—
1. Audiologist Trainees: 1 Nos. (Gen)
Scale: D—6
Qualification: B.Sc (Audiology) or its Equivalent
2. Lab Technician Trainee: 1 Nos. (Gen)
Scale: C—5
Qualification: PUC (PCB) with Diploma Course in Medical Laboratory Technology (2 years) or its Equivalent
3. Staff Nurse Trainee: 12 Nos. (Gen—4; OBC—4; SC—3; ST—1)
Scale: C—5
Qualification: PUC with Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery of 3 years course or its equivalent
4. Refractionist Trainee: 1 Nos. (Gen)
Scale: C—5
Qualification: PUC (PCB) with Diploma Course of 2yrs in Ophthalmic Technicsor its Equivalent
5. Dialysis Technician Trainee: 1 Nos. (Gen)
Scale: C—5
Qualification: PUC (PCB) with Diploma Course of 2yrs in Dialysis Technology or its Equivalent
6. Pharmacist Trainee: 1 Nos. (OBC)
Scale: C—5
Qualification: PUC (PCB) with D’ Pharma of 2yrs course or its Equivalent
7. Dialysis Technician Trainee: 1 Nos. (Gen)
Scale: B—4
Qualification: SSLC with Diploma Course of 3yrs in Dialysis Technology or equivalent.
8. Pharmacist Trainee: 1 Nos. (Gen)
Scale: B—4
Qualification: SSLC with D’Pharma of 2yrs or equivalent
9. Midwife Trainee: 2 Nos. (Gen)
Scale: B—4
Qualification: SSLC with Auxiliary Nurse – Midwives Course of 2 Years or its Equivalent
10. Dresser Trainee: 9 Nos. (Gen—6; OBC—2; ST—1)
Scale: B—4
Qualification: PUC with Certificate of Training in First Aid from Indian Red Cross or St. John’s Ambulance Association or similar recognized Organization or its Equivalent.
Age limits (For all above posts): maximum 28yrs as on 01/08/2012. Upper Age relaxation for OBC—3yrs; SC/ST—5yrs and others—as per norms.
Pay Scale—
During the training period of One year; emoluments will be given in following — Scale D-6: Rs.14939; Scale C-5: Rs.14131 and Scale B-4: Rs.13324
After completion of training; the candidates will be absorbed in regular pay scales in followings – Scale D6: Rs.9250—27170; Scale C5: Rs.8750—25670 and Scale B4: Rs.8250—23490.
Selection of candidates will be through Written Test and Interview. date and venue of written test will be informed to shortlisted candidates through email.
Candidates short listed for Written test / Interview are required to bring the certificates / documents (Original and attested Photocopies) in proof of Age, Qualification, Experience, Training, Caste, Disability (As applicable), Ex-Servicemen discharge book, Employment Exchange Registration card etc and passport size photographs at the time of Test/Interview.
Application Fee: Candidates should deposit the Application fee of Rs.100 by Fee Payment Challan in account of ‘HAL HOSPITAL’ bearing Account number 10918220668 at any core banking branches of State Bank of India. Fee payment challan is to be downloaded from the website of HAL (link given below)
Candidates should pay the Bank commission of Rs.25 for depositing fee. (Not required if candidates deposit the application fee from SBI, Hal Branches, Bangalore)
Application fee exempted for SC/ST/PWD category.

After successful submission of the online application candidates should print out the system generated Acknowledgement Slip on A4 size paper.
